However, for the past two months, I have been trying to contact him to follow up on the permit, but I have received no proper response. He is not answering any calls or messages. The city has replied to his online permit request, asking for additional documents, but he has not responded. Despite receiving all the money, he has not paid the permit fee to the city. No response to numerous calls / messages / emails. I am now working on to start legal action as he has neither complete the permit work nor returned the money paid for it. STAY AWAY if you need peace of mind.
