First of all, the back office staff is amazing. Friendly and courteous and very helpful. They also called to notify me that the tech was on the way and sent name and photo which I really appreciated for safety reasons. James came out to check our water heater as we were told that there was a potential gas leak by the gas company. James completed a thorough assessment and got on the phone with the company for the water heater to go through all the diagnostics. He explained everything to me in detail. Ultimately there was nothing wrong with our water heater but it wasn't his fault. The service fee/diagnostic fee was the most reasonable out of the 5 companies I called and we received excellent service. Would use this company again read more

Heater stopped working due to a bad relay. Service technicians Jay and Edgar came out and professionally diagnosed the issue and replaced the circuit board. They also provided suggestions to ensuring my unit as well as a few other things are maintained without trying to pressure me into adding more service charges. They worked with me on getting a decent payment plan that I can afford. Will probably call for these guys again if needed. read more

It's my fault for not discussing with them the price beforehand and assuming everyone was pricing the same. $669 later... Pedro was wonderful! We purchased a home and an AC service was recommended for our air conditioning unit. Pedro did a detailed inspection and our AC unit was sparkling by the time he left. There are some issues with the unit and Pedro gave a detailed report with options on what we could do to ensure it continues to run through the summer. Front desk was professional and helpful, and a consultation was able to be performed same day. However, the technician that was sent out wasn't the best at his job. Firstly, he asked for the address and proceeded to go to the wrong house (there was no way he could've mixed the numbers up). Secondly, he took awhile to locate the correct residence even whilst giving him clear instructions. Thirdly, he was a bit passive and did not clearly communicate what exactly was wrong with the unit (he kept reiterating that it was old). The last straw was that he actually re-connected the wires wrong as was confirmed by a reputable and professional HVAC technician that we decided to repair our unit. Waste of $89 and will not recommend this business to anyone. read more

RKM was a sore subject for me in the past but Jay is changing that for me. Was very helpful and informative on what was going on and what needs to be done. Would have been 5 stars of it wasn't for the previous encounters with others from RKM. Just had conversations with Terrence and the owner, wow I take back the good I said. Jay was great, everyone else, beware. They like to compare an AC system to car, like they are the same. When they installed the UV coverings of the lines on my roof, they didn't last. Tried to get me to pay for the upgrade after 2 years but they just did the same covering. They ensured me it would last this time for as long as I own the system but it didn't. Now they want me to thousands of dollars to fix it now. Just disappointed again. Blaming me for this as I knew this. Just terrible, needless to say won't be using them again. read more

Because of their professionalism and honesty, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched. Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Dave and Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. I would absolutely recommend RKM. Every person I have spoken with has been friendly, honest and helpful. Service is wonderful, have the membership where they come out every 6months and clean the ac/ heater, check the airflow, change the filter and do much more. The technicians are so helpful explaining how things work, what services are needed vs suggested and offer competitive pricing for any service not included in the membership. They are very responsive when there are issues and the customer service reps/ receptionist's are very friendly and knowledgeable. One of their service trucks parked in front of our trash bins to our houses and in result made us miss getting our trash picked up. The trash was filled to the top and now we have to wait another week for it to get picked up, on top of whatever needs to be thrown away for the remainder of the week. I called the company to make a complaint about the truck, she proceeded to tell me that she or someone else would call me back but no one ever did. So I guess they just don't care so this is why I'm leaving this review. read more
