i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.

Online it said they were in aisle 57 and 42 chairs in stock so once i arrived i saw a young lady at the front by the entrance im assuming customer service she had black hair i didn't get her name. I asked her if she could point me to the direction where the chairs are and all she did was point to the right of the entrance and said that's all they have there & she wasn't sure if they had "camping chairs". She didn't even bother to ask any of her fellow coworkers or even help look them up, looked like she was busy on her phone. So i went ahead and just looked for someone else to help me find the aisle which was an older man and looked for the chairs myself which happened to be in the gardening area as he said & at the end of aisle 57 they had PLENTY of chairs just as advertised online. I wouldn't of cared to write a review but the young lady in the front clearly doesn't know about working in customer service.

I called Bold & Short, and Vitalii was at our house about an hour and a half later. He diagnosed a failed heating element and had the dryer fixed and running in under an hour. The total came to $382, including parts, labor, and tax. That's very reasonable given how quickly it was done. He also took the time to answer our questions about whether to repair or replace, and gave us a straightforward, no-pressure take on heat pump dryers versus standard electric. He could easily have steered us toward a bigger job, but he didn't. Fast response, quick repair, fair price, and honest advice. We'll definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

With all of this said, make sure you have documentation of your condition of appliance before time and ask for an estimate ahead of time being that apparently it can vary WILDLY!
