Rick was AWESOME, my 16 yr old daughter locked her keys in her call. Rick called me back gave me a fair price came out and had her doors open in no time. He was very personable and honest. I called another company that quoted me a 29 service fee and then said it would be 19 to 200 depending on what the tech had to do. RJ is a very professional locksmith. He added a dead bolt lock to my front door. He had to drill holes in the door and jam. Very proffessional polished factory grade finish. He then rekeyed my front door and garage door locks so I could use one key for all the locks. Now I don't have to have 4 keys.
