What a great experience. Right from beginning of our conversation on phone he made me feel at ease. I sent him a photo of lock I needed him to open. He called me back and quoted me a price. I have never had a more comfortable time with someone I had never previously met. He definitely is a good conversationist. He was honest and friendly. He gave me a quote and promised to stick to the price. He was true to his promise. He wore his mask the entire time he was here. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith. I would trust him with my family and friends. He is a true professional. I am so glad I found his business. This man knows how to develop his business. GREAT JOB!!! read more

Rick was AWESOME, my 16 yr old daughter locked her keys in her call. Rick called me back gave me a fair price came out and had her doors open in no time. He was very personable and honest. I called another company that quoted me a 29 service fee and then said it would be 19 to 200 depending on what the tech had to do. When the tech called me he said it would be the 29 service fee and then it would range anywhere from 50 to 200. I thanked him for his time and told him I would call someone else. Then her proceeded to call me three times . I appreciated Rick's honesty and upfront pricing. read more

Outstanding! If you want your locks worked on then don't bother with anyone else, use Rick. I was in a rush to get all my locks changed on my rental, there were 16 locks and Rick changed them all to work with one key, giving me 4 matching keys. He was much cheaper than anyone else and didn't crank up the price when he visited - simply put, he gave the best quote and stuck with it. He got to the house within a few hours and had everything taken care of in about two hours. He is friendly and trustworthy and I stake anything on you not being disappointed with Rick's service. read more

Locked my keys in my car yesterday, while the car was still running. We looked up RJ and gave him a call. He was there in ten minutes, very friendly. More importantly, he looked at my vehicle, new exactly which tools to grab (never had to make a second trip to the truck), and began to unlock my Tahoe. 10 minutes later, my Tahoe was open. I cannot say enough about the entire interaction. All I can say is "AS ADVERTISED" if not better than. Thank you Rick, it was a pleasure to meet you, and thank you for such great service. I was in need of a locksmith to help put together a 2nd key fob for my son's car. From the time RJ answered the phone he treated me with such kindness. Even though he was unable to do my job he went out of his way to recommend 2 highly rated locksmith's near my home. He even gave me both of these businesses phone numbers and the name of the person that I should speak with. In my opinion anyone who would help in such a way would for sure provide excellent service and an honest job. Thanks for your help RJ. Sincerely Jill read more

Rick responded quickly to our call. Due to nature of our needs he could not give an estimate over the phone. He called us, with lots of notice, to inform us he was running late and arrived on time (only 20 minutes after original appointment. Upon arrival he asked a few questions to clarify needs and then gave us an extremely good firm estimate. He gave us a paper and electronic (by email) receipts, Extremely capable and reliable. 10 out of 10 in all aspects. He deserves your business. read more

I'm very impressed and I highly recommend. RJ took care of several locks for me and he was friendly and professional. Great service and fair prices. I will recommend him to my friends and I would definitely use him again. When he noticed that my front door hinges squeaked, he even fixed that even though he didn't need to. RJ is a very professional locksmith. He added a dead bolt lock to my front door. He had to drill holes in the door and jam. Very proffessional polished factory grade finish. He then rekeyed my front door and garage door locks so I could use one key for all the locks. Now I don't have to have 4 keys. If you want a very good job done for a little over $100 dollars he is the best. read more
