Yeah they definitely just illegally stole/impounded are big rig. The office lady and drivers that were there at location were nice but the one driver we had to call a lot to figure out where this place was rude. The manager was definitely crazy and rude too. Also they charge 3400 for an illegal tow of 10 miles for a big rig and 53 foot drive van. Also I just found out they stole two personal items out of our driver side door. Prob why they felt the need to cover up our camera. Not surprised they stole items out of our truck, since they stole our truck. read more

After 5 mins of placing into information, got a texted at 6:32 that riverside towing will be coming and expect 45 mins wait. 6:51 Ali from Riverside called and he was outside my door. They are a rip off and scam artists. No integrity. The tow truck driver would not even give his name , all he kept saying was different prices, it went from $325 to $850 within 10 minutes. Then since I didn't get the tow at the astronomical price, he locked the keys in the bus , and then had the nerve to say he could come back for the "lockout " that he created , but it would cost me $400. read more

Do not go with this company for service. They are unprofessional! I was assigned to this company by Toyota because my car is under warranty. They do not contact you once they are assigned to you. You call them they put you on hold. I had Toyota cancel them and went with another company all together. This business needs to get it together! If I could give no star! read more

After experiencing a 3 hour wait and reading everyone post. This is absurd! The worst case in waiting is they give false information when the dispatcher is going to arriv. I requested to get a tow at 10am. I had a nail in my tire. I waited patiently. Follow up w them on the status they said when a tow truck will arrive asap. Technically they're suppose to follow up w u. 3x I follow up w them over the phone. My patient grew thin. It's not worth to have a road side assistance if we're going to be waiting half our day. What's the point in needing assistance if every customer is going to go through this. They need to do better. Either better off going w triple A. It's pricey but they're worth it. read more

They are scam artists...I'm contacting the authorities for a full investigation of this company. They confiscated a large number of diesel trucks over the weekend and charged $2500 for owners to get their vehicles. Many owners are at risk of losing their trucks which will allow the company to sell or keep them. This is a shady company that sends clients to different locations for payments. Be warned please avoid them if you can.. If I could honestly give a negative number I would. Long story short got a flat tire coming home from work at 1130pm at night took them 2 hours to get to where I was at. And I am aware of covid can't ride in the tow truck and would have to figure out my own ride. I asked the drive if he could wait 10-15 mins for my lfty to get there.. Given it was a 10 mins drive down the street ( hour or more walk) ..Not to mention I stated in a gated apartment complex and there was no where for him to leave the car given it was out side in red and no parking.. Not to mention where would he leave my keys.. He cut me off as I was explaining and said "well I am going to be rude I can take the car down or drop it off". Surprised at the lack of carelessness , I became irritate i said well Okay take that bitch off which he seems Surprised as if i was supposed to choose the drop off location.. As I turned around to walk away back to where I was standing so they could take it off..The tow truck then drove off with my car!!!!!! I'M waving my hands stop stop and they are looking at me laughing... Luckily a stranger saw what happen and offered to drive me to my house. I Made it there before the tow truck.. Thet pulled up shocked and ready to leave my car any where not sure what they would have did with the keys. At this point I am angery as anyone would be I asked them WTF is yall problem.... Mind you there are two people in the tow truck .. Things escalated from there and they tried to drive off with my car and the police had to get involved.. So I got stranded on the fwy today (too embarrassed to say how. .) and I had called 4 other towing places; 2 didn't answer and the other 2 weren't very nice and wanted to charge over $100 to tow me less than 20 minutes away. Not only did Riverside towing give me an amazing deal of $75, but I was stressed out and started babbling as to what was wrong with my truck and he told me exactly how to fix it. Words can't thank this guy and his company enough. He was super sweet and took the time to walk me through everything, knowing that if it worked he wasn't going to see a dime from me. Well it worked and I called him to thank him repeatedly when I got home. HIGHLY recommend this place and will go to him in the future!! I saw another review saying that they called their roadside assistance and sent these guys out. Same for me. Car battery died, called my insurance, they sent these guys out to jump start my battery. Called around 7am so i waited in my car for them to show up. I waited 3 hours. I called them and they said they called me and was waiting outside of my address. Ive gotten no call and there was no one outside of my apartment. This company is fake news and a bunch of liars. Best to stay away from them and if your insurance or roadside assistance send these bozos out to you cancel and have your insurance call another tow company. read more

Most unprofessional towing company you will ever come across. The lady Adriana is the lowest form of trash you will find. She is uneducated and rude, it's amazing the owner John has someone like her working for him. Tells you a lot about his character. She will talk over you and yell at you till she gets her way. She tried to over charge me for a tow service and then raised her voice with me so I would give in. This towing company will tell you what you want to hear but they are the worst towing company. 0 stars is what they deserve and don't believe what they say. they will make you wait for hours they will call you and let you know that they are coming than not show up at all. I will never call them again I am taking my business somewhere else!!! I spent 3 hours waiting when my cars battery died. I received three calls from them saying that they were on there way. They never showed up I had to call another towing company. When I called them and asked what had happened they were rude. Well Heather sorry to have to say but the other person is right I have insurance and they pay for my tow and this place didn't even show up. My apartment complex has an issue with reserved spaces being taken by others they don't belong to. This worthless company is listed as the authorized tow company on the entry gate. The first time I called to have a car towed the guy on the phone outright lied and said they don't come to our complex. The second time I called to have a different car towed I was told all three of their drivers were hours out. I live in Riverside and can't get Riverside Towing to tow a car. Rip off warning! My roadside assistance from my insurance had these guys come out two tow my car. Prior to coming out they called me on my phone to explain to me that my simple regular truck toe was going to cost $75 to hook up my car and then I'll have to pay for further toe over 3 miles!! He wanted to confirm I was going to give him more money but didn't tell me how much more it was going to cost when I asked, despite the fact he knew exactly where I wanted it towed to because he got the information from my roadside assistance. I only ask because I was curious about how much this crook wanted to rip me off. (Simply because my insurance pays for everything up to 25 miles.) I guess the crook didn't know I've used my insurance many times for towing service. Lol I then explain to him how he was trying to rip me off & I was going to complain. He then started trying to backpedal. I hung up and call back my insurance, made a complaint and they sent someone else out, where of course there was no charge!! read more
