It's been 10 days they're supposed to be detailing my bike. It takes 10 days to detail this bike. Why is that?

My bike is back in the Riverside Harley Davidson, shop, they are supposed to fix what they didn't fix (They left a bolt loose on my motor) the first time. And they need to fix my lights that they broke as well. Now it's been three months and counting. One thing I've learned about dealing with Riverside Harley Davidson, is patient. You have to have a lot of patience because they take a long time to fix your problem. Now they're good at service, they have you in and out the same day if possible . I just hope nobody else have to go through what I'm going through with my bike. I miss the riding season all of last year and it looks like I will miss it this year too.

Brandon from the floor honestly is such a cool guy. He was able to hook it up and provide me with an unbiased and real opinion. Unlike car dealerships the harley staff and the managers were super cool. Being my first bike I had the family all pissed and had a number to meet. They helped me with both. I can't think of a better place to buy a bike. If you don't know where to start come down to Harley in Riverside they will lead you to success. Thank you Brandon and the tall manager with a mustache! And also the sales Manager!

The front counter personnel was friendly, prompt and has a service with a smile. Area of recommendations for improvements: 1. Customer service (internal and external): I witnessed multiple times in 15 minutes of the service personnel speaking ill of Parts personnel (input of information on an account, credit to a certain personnel for the purchase). Also when wanting to pay, the whole going to the counter to pick out parts and then to the front for payment then back to the counter to receive your parts is so inconvenient. The Services personnel are condensing and short with customers. When asking a questions it feels like you are being reprimanded. 2. Price tags: cost of items was a guessing game.

My husband and I decided we wanted to get a new personal watercraft. We previously had some, but…read moresold them to buy a boat right before the pandemic hit and everything shut down. We've been watching the market since and realized the price for a new boat was ridiculous and felt getting a new ski was the best option for now, as we missed being able to go to the river. So began the search for the right ski for us. We visited numerous dealers from LA, Orange, and Riverside county looking for the exact model we wanted, often being told they had it, only to find out they didn't, being shown a different brand or higher model, missing the features we wanted, or being completely ignored by the salesperson we had been communicating with when arriving at the dealership. After much frustration, I considered just waiting until next season to find the ski we really wanted. After driving by Corona Motorsports numerous times on our way to other dealerships, I decided to look online to see their inventory and lo and behold, they had the ski we had been looking for. I gave them a call and was fortunate to speak with Scott. He answered all my questions and personally made sure the ski we were looking for, was still in their inventory. We discussed pricing and knew what we would be paying out the door before driving out there. A manufacturer promotion on the ski was either a rebate or 0% interest. Many of the dealers we talked to previously weren't even willing to discuss the 0% interest and were only willing to give us the "rebate". My husband and I have excellent credit and feel that 0% interest is something we've earned and weren't willing to forego that. I let Scott know that we wanted the 0% interest as a condition of buying the ski. He said "not a problem." With everything in place, I set up a time for us to meet with him and sign the paperwork. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the process was great! Scott showed us around, answered more of our questions, and took us to the service area to show us our ski that had just been taken out of the crate and was being put together by Ian. The process was seamless and easy. They even offered us pizza, that was delivered for their lunch, while we finished all the paperwork. Once we were done, Scott walked us to parts to pick up a few items we needed for our new ski, and then went to see Ian in service to show us all the features on the ski and how to use them. Ian was great in going over the ski and explaining everything as well as giving some tips to keep the ski looking it's best. When loading the ski on the trailer for us, Ian noticed that the bunks could be better adjusted to best fit our ski (which we didn't buy from Corona), put the ski back on the dolly, and adjusted them a couple times until he was satisfied. His adjusting the bunks shows his care for the customer's experience as well as service. He made sure when we drove off, our ski was properly secured and safe for our drive home. From initial phone conversation, sales, financing, to delivery, we had a great experience and highly recommend the team at Corona Motorsports. They will be the first place we visit if we look to buy any other toys and recommend to family and friends in their search.

The machine looks incredible, runs flawlessly, and honestly feels better than when we dropped it off. These guys don't just work on vehicles--they take pride in what they do. Can't say I'm impressed with this shop overall. They did an excellent job on the wiring, mounting,…read moreand cage build -- that part looks great. But when it comes to pride of workmanship, product quality, and communication, it really falls short. Triumph had our car for about three weeks. From the start, we clearly outlined what we wanted and even added light bars, whips, and a few other accessories. My husband stayed in regular contact throughout the build, but often wouldn't get a reply for a day or two. A simple text takes seconds -- so the lack of communication was frustrating. We were told several different completion dates, each time pushed back with little to no notice. Delays happen, and that's understandable -- but only if they're communicated. Then, by week three, we were told one of the accessories hadn't arrived. Fine, except it made it seem like it was ordered last minute, even though it had been discussed from day one. Again, just be upfront and communicate. When we finally got the car back, the entire driver-side roof was banged up. Some areas of the roof don't sit flush on the cage, and the powder coating is scratched. For the price charged, I'd expect much better attention to detail. If I owned a shop, I wouldn't send something out looking like that. Overall, I'm super disappointed in the experience. While the cage design, wiring, and mounts look great, the lack of pride in finishing and poor communication leave a bad impression. Not sure I'd return for future work.
