Went here for riders training course and my husband bought his first bike here (2015 sporty) Sales Rep: Billy "The Kid" He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. We will be going back to him in the future!!**** We paid a lot less in riverside than what our friend did in Orange County but it defiantly took some hardball negotiations ~ Downside was it rained that day and riverside HD doesn't cover the bikes when it rains; plus they sit outside in sun all day :/ So NEW iron was dirty looking and started to get some rust/ sun damage on it. They did lightly hose the bike off last night, but when it was delivered today in sunlight it was still very dirty looking. PS Apparel lady who has been there for 8 years (blond.. Sadie?!) was SUPER sweet! Stayed late, super helpful and was fun to shop with! read more

So i visited Riverside Harley and Jason Knapp was an excellent representative. He tended to my needs and help me get a better grasp on what the street glide had to offer. I give him my highest praise. read more

I sold my 2018 street glide back to them for 18k i paid the difference of the loan 4,370.36 after 2 weeks my account was charged the loan payment of 352.22 they didn't pay off the loan i called and talked to Braden he was nice, he called me back said maybe it was delayed because of COVID19 I said ok we'll wait, another payment was pulled from my account i called again Braden asked if I'd come in and sign paperwork again i thought sure. I went in signed again and said hey I've made 2 payments already going on 3 are you gonna reimburse me? Oh yes he said we will make everything good. A week later still not paid off, i called again this time nobody takes my call except the Receptionist, they don't call me back but the loan is magically paid off and the 3 payment was taken from my account, so the way i see it they own me 1056.66 since they don't return my calls I'm going to take them to small claims court, should be an easy case since i have all the documents showing the payments and dates from the first day they bought my bike back. read more

Yesterday I was at Bartels Harley Davidson in Marina Del Rey with my mom and our dog. We spent approximately 35 minutes walking around the store and not ONE employee said a word to us. My experience today at Riverside Harley Davidson was exceptional! As soon as we walked in a guy (I wish I could remember his name) greeted us. I was looking for a good leather jacket. Anyway, he directed us toward the apparel section where we were greeted by Alyssa. This woman has incredible customer service skills. She knew about every jacket she showed me and went out of her way to find me a jacket I liked and was comfortable in. U can't say enough about how pleasant she made our experience. She deserves 10 stars and a raise. Thank you Alyssa for reinstalling my faith in retail service. You were wonderful. If I could have tipped you, I would have. I hope your bosses see this post because you were BY FAR one of the best workers I've encountered yet at ANY Harley Davidson dealership I've ever been too, and I've been too quite a few. Sincerely, MERYLE MORONEY read more

Andrea I just spoke with you and you said you were going to retrain your employees so what happened to me won't happen to anyone else and I just received a message from someone else saying that you guys just did the same thing to them. This is obviously looking like the same situation that happened with Wells Fargo. It was pointless and I just wasted my time talking to you. Beware of Chris , jameel and Richard and everyone that works there if you don't buy a bike from them they will sign you up for a credit card without your consent to get their Commission some how and don't waste you time call Andrea because she obviously does nothing to fix what they are doing illegally. I don't think it's a coincidence that they have done this to multiple people. read more

With a bucket list item needing crossed off, I decided to take the Motorcycle Riding Course from Riverside HD last weekend. A friend suggested I take the Harley course and after checking the schedules it appeared Riverside was the best option for me. Though I live in Rancho Mission Viejo and it would mean a 1:15 drive, I figured it was my best option. They were great to work with in setting the time/date and payment. Jim Bridges was very professional and replied quickly. Our instructors, Sherri and Brian were simply amazing!!! They take their business seriously and want to make sure you leave the course being a safe rider. They started classes right on time and made sure everyone was treated the same. They reinforced the safety aspects constantly which is why we are there. The bikes used were in excellent condition and the course was set up and maintained well. Snacks and drinks were supplied and even helmets were supplied if you didn't have your own. The other class members were great and always had a great story to tell about their past experiences since probably half the class ride now but didn't have their endorsement. Really down to earth people. The instruction taught how to deal with everyday issues of riding and I left the class feeling like I'm ready to take the next step and buy a bike. The only suggestion I might make would be to have 15-20 minutes of free time to ride at the training area. Sometimes there are techniques that would be good to practice on your own. Maybe end of the day time to hit the pad and get a chance to be on your own but under their supervision. Sherri and Brian Thank you so much for your dedication and professionalism. You made the course such a joy and I won't hesitate to recommend the class for anyone wanting to cross off an item on their bucket list too! PS. The staff at Riverside HD were super too! I bought a helmet from a very nice woman that was so patient to try and fit my 5XL head :) read more

Bought here since I took riders training class through them and I valve loyalty. Realizing I didn't have time to pick up, I ask them to deliver. They didn't call me back for 5 days. After this I called again and they wanted to deliver next morning giving me 12 hours notice. I asked to reschedule and they wanted to put me off for 2 weeks. When I finally had time and got a ride out there they wanted to give me the paint I didn't want. Clown show at its finest. Never got a call from general manager. Buy from Laidlaws. He does a lot for the harley community. These guys dont care about you. Trust me, I know! read more

This place is a joke. i fought with them for weeks when I bought my used bike as they wanted more for it than what a brand new one goes for. I then bought into their service program which is a joke as well. Would've been worth it to save the headache and do the service work myself. The customer service is a damn joke. No one answers the phones in the service department. I will never buy another bike from this dealership. For now til the day I die I will be going to Quaid Harley Davidson in Loma Linda read more

Mike was such a great help! I highly suggest if you plan on buying or even looking at Harleys you ask for Mike medrano!

Hey.. just wanted to say thanks! Attending the CMSP class on July 17-19 weekend!! It was a blast and so educational! Paul and Ian (teaching the relaxing techniques)! Thanks to them both I have started my new journey with safety and respect for riding! And to Brian who was helpful and assisting me in all aspects! Opening the doors to HD experience and knowledge! Thanks so much! On the road, !!!! 5 stars! read more

My spouse and I just took the motorcycle class here and my experience was great! Paul and Brian are very patient and reassuring. The motorcycles they gave us were awesome and very easy to drive. Not the old beat up Suzuki's you see at the other places. I recommend everyone to go to Harley Davidson Riverside you won't regret it. read more

They offer free tires for life but didn't have my front tire in stock for months so I had to purchase my own. Also I make an appointment for an oil change it take 6-8 hrs to get my bike back and that's with a VIP plan. But yet I seen a guy in and out in 1 hour. Guess you gotta know someone there. When I call to get a status on my bike while being serviced I don't get an answer and I don't get a call back. This place was the worst choice I've ever made. read more

Stop calling me!!! These people can't get their head out of their fourth point of contact! I have repeatedly told them to stop calling, emailing and texting me, but yet they don't get the message. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT! If they can't do this simple request, or follow my wishes, how do you expect them to them to treat you with respect either? This is the worst place to do business, don't buy from them, and DON'T give them your phone number. Matthew SSG, US Army Retired read more

Shit dealership and shitty customer service. Purchased a battery a year ago that are overly priced. Just hit a year and the battery has not been taking a charge. Is a couple days over there one year because I was trying to ensure that it was not the battery tender and they won't do anything for you. Attended the CMSP class they sponsor through the dealership. Both Brian and Ian (Trainers) were professional, patient and had excellent coaching and presentation skills both in the classroom and the out on the training field. I already had my M-1 license, but it had been 12 years so for my safety I decided to retake the class. Best Investment I made in myself. There are classes in the Long Beach area, but the Harley Experience made it a lil more fun... I will definitely be back there in the summer for the intermediate class..... Stat tuned for pics and updates throughout the year. read more

Follow up to my recent review of Riverside Harley Davidson. Yelp really needs to give consumers the option of selecting a "negative" star. The manager, Andrea, responded to my Yelp post asking me to give her a call because they "strive" to help their customers have a good experience. It is all BS. My son went in and was assured by the Finance Manager that he would be refunded, in part, for the defunct VIP program. The Service Manager had already told him that the VIP program did NOT cover any of the work they did on his bike, BUT, the Finance Manager "deducted" the amount of the program "used for the service." How can that be? Service says VIP absolutely did NOT apply to the work. Finance claims they used money from the VIP program to apply to the work. If neither of them can come up with a good answer, I figure they are both lying. I asked Andrea if her departments communicated internally about their programs and what they do or do not cover, since Sales provided information that the Service department didn't know anything about, and Finance didn't know anything about the Service Department's relationship to the VIP program OR what the Sales Department promised. I'm guessing that Management's "communication" to the various departments is: "Sales - sell the program. Worthless to the customer but we can get $$ off of financing the $5K we can get the sucker to pay. Promise preferential scheduling and move to the front of the line no matter how long anyone else has waited for their bike to be serviced. Also, promise them the additional $500 bonus for their trade in (but don't tell them it won't apply to this transaction.) Be sure you tell the customer they can cancel the program at any time for a refund. It won't happen, but, hey, you're gonna lie to them anyway, right?" "Service - Tell the customer you don't have any idea what the VIP program is or what it covers as far as service goes. Installation of parts is not service, but don't tell them that. As far as scheduling goes, force them into a slot they know they can't make even if they tell you, and let them know it doesn't matter because you won't work on their bike until the next day when they had planned on bringing it in anyway. Then when they have to cancel the appointment YOU set and the customer objected to, let them know they have to get rescheduled entirely and put them out a week. Then claim you are too busy to service their bike and make them wait." "Finance - if the customer really does think he can come in and get a refund on the VIP program even if it hasn't been a week, find something to charge against it so you don't have to refund the entire amount." "Management Team - you know the VIP program is a farce, especially to our military service members, so just keep transferring them around to the various departments that are obviously not honoring any portion of what Sales has promised was included in the program. If they really push it, just tell them you'll refund the amount of the program, and then, well, just don't do it. Don't even bother with it, because every department is going to lie about it and once it's tacked onto their loan in finance, they're basically stuck with it. Integrity, honesty and common courtesy have absolutely no place in the business world. Especially here at Riverside Harley." THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. It's been a couple of weeks and my son, who had to deploy the next day and asked me to keep on this fiasco, still has had nothing credited to his HDFS account. I think the entire balance of $5149 for the VIP program, and the additional $500 for the trade in he was assured he would receive if he traded in his favorite Fat Bob, should be immediately credited to his HDFS account. (As it turns out, in fine print, which was NOT disclosed by the Salesman, RUSS, the $500 for your trade in is NOT for the current transaction, but for your next new Harley). DECEIT AND DECEPTION MIGHT WIN YOU A SALE, BUT IT DEFINITELY WON'T WIN YOU A CUSTOMER. Guess next purchase or service will definitely be out of state (and not in AZ because that dealership is also owned by Michael Veraka, so we are assuming it is being run with same (lack of) work and business ethics. May just ride back to the midwest where, for the most part, people are honest and want to keep their customers.). If any readers have had success with another reputable dealership, please let me know. And, please, RHD, forget about having your employees post positive comments about your dealership the way you instruct them to do on Facebook and other social media. It's obvious. read more

I've got to say was not impressed on the visit to have my son purchase his new upgrade. But things changed I couldn't be there by wow !! My son went in after the weekend on his own to purchase his ride (22 year old) I have to say Randy took care of him via an appointment I made after they contacted me via text. Randy went above and beyond to make sure my boy was taken care of not taking advantage of my son. He knows how to handle himself doesn't buy emotionally savvy buyer creative and just clicked with Randy Since my son is building his credit I helped a little so the 2 of them drove to my office so I can sign some papers I've not seen that happen on this type of purchase and thought I'd share with you that if I can trust my son to walk into a dealer for the second time to buy his own Harley you can also make sure you seek out Randy I know he will walk you thru it with honesty. Way to go Randy thank you so much!! read more

I purchased my first Harley from this place in 2015 and they added charges to my motorcycle loan that were false. They also didn't add my warranty when I purchased it with my bike. When I simply asked them to fix it they ignored me for months. It was never correct it and they and they add over $1600 dollars on my loan that was for a shipping and handling WHICH Harley gets reimburse by their own company at a later time. Instead of doing the right thing and correcting it ,Riverside Harley didn't do anything and ignored my calls and the manager didn't try to help me out. Stay away from this place! Harley Davidson should be ashamed of themselves for this. I know if I would have taken $1600 dollars from Riverside Harley Davidson I would be behind bars. DO THE RIGHT THING RIVERSIDE HARLEY! FYI my Harley leaked oil all over me and the bike 2 weeks after I bought it and when I took it in to have it fixed the moron mechanic tried to say it was water that was leaking from the rear shocks ! Beware Kevin the internet sales manager is a complete lying POS made a deal in writing over text on a price and when it came time to deliver ghosted me. Then when I call the dealer they say it's his day off and that they can't honor that price. I took two days off work in order to fly down there and ride it back almost 500 miles. I went in looking for my first motorcycle to buy here. I instantly got greeted by a very helpful and professional worker named Juan. At first I wanted a street 500 but with the help of Juan I soon came to realize I wanted the iron 883! He told me to get on the bike to see how it feels and I fell in love with it in that moment I turned it on! He really helped me find what I wasn't even looking for! The iron 883 just felt more of my style and it was in my price range if it wasn't for him I would have gotten a street 500 that I would later find out wasn't for me. Very kind staff here they really make you feel at home!! Definitely recommend getting a Harley from here! I also took the MSF course which helped me tons on improving my riding skills and teaching me some new skills. really great instructors their couching was amazing never felt like I wasn't learning anything in their class. So if you want to buy a bike make sure to go to Juan really great salesman and knowledgeable on every question I had for him!! read more

Riverside Harley-Davidson - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Riverside, California

This used to be the best place to take your bike for service. We took ours in over two weeks ago to get an oil leak fixed, a couple lights and then they told us the brakes needed to be done. Two Fridays ago we went in to pick up the bike when they said it would be ready. When we got there, they said just the brakes needed to be done and it would be ready the next day. NOPE. We called on Sunday. The assigned tech wouldn't even get to it until Tuesday, because he is off Sunday and Monday. Wednesday, called REPEATEDLY. Finally got a manager. Now we are told clips for fixing oil leak are out of stock and they can get from Huntington Beach and bike will be done Friday, Saturday at the latest. Called Friday afternoon to make sure we can pick up bike. NOPE. Huntington didn't have the part so now they can get after-market part if we consent, and it will be done to pick up yesterday. We didn't believe them and rightly so. Called today. STILL NOT DONE! Same BS excuse about tech being out today and tomorrow. I told the girl we want the bike done TODAY by another tech or a huge discount for the lack of communication, customer service and inconvenience. Not once has anyone called us about the bike, we have had to do all of the work on that, only to be misled and lied to. We used to love this place. Their service has gone completely downhill. We will go to Loma Linda/Redlands next time where our business will probably be more appreciated. read more

It was time to sell my 2011 Heritage and purchase my new Street Glide. My wife and I checked the pricing at another dealership and were treated decently, but we wanted to compare prices around the area. We went to Riverside Harley Davidson and were immediately greeted by Deb Causey; she worked in the merchandising area. She listened to what we wanted and took the time to make us feel welcome at the dealership. Deb was a great segway to our positive experience at Riverside Harley Davidson. Chances are we would have looked at price tags and moved on to the next dealership on our list. Deb introduced us to Tim B. Tim spent a tremendous amount of time with us as we decided between a Road Glide or a Street Glide. We took the Road Glide for a test ride and it was impressive! I had previously tested the Street Glide and really liked it. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Once we decided on the Street Glide we were introduced to a manager; Kevin. Kevin was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He never used high pressure tactics and closed the deal efficiently. Once the deal was sealed we met with Big Lou (I think they was his name) in the Parts Department and DMC in the Repair Department. They both provided us with information about our purchase. Then there was Anna in the Finance Department. Completing all the paperwork was a breeze thanks to her fantastic attitude and knowledge about the forms we had to fill out! Back to Tim, who had to remain beyond the closing time to ensure I fully understood the new Street Glide. It was a unusually great experience buying the motorcycle and thanks to everyone involved!!! I would recommend Riverside Harley Davidson to anyone!!! read more

Bike was promised to be ready first thing in the morning...guess what - not ready! Had several issues with Service Department prior to this appointment (damaged/scratches on gas tank, gap on clutch side housing, slice on tire, wrong turn signals installed, loose fitment of stock seat). No 5 Star service here. BUT the tow trailer driver that picked up my bike was very friendly, helpful and gave great insight on HD - thanks Jeffery. ...ok i called Jaime (5-12-17) again...no return call! ...went in for their "Appraisal" promotion where they give you $1250 above trade-in value. I have a 2016 Roadster with only 248 miles and over $2000 in HD and aftermarket accessories. Came back with an appraisal of $6990. Thats insult! And so is your promotion. Losing my business. My family and I were greeted by Lauren! She was helpful, professional and very welcoming!

These guys are a joke. They use every single sales tactic to make you want to buy from them. They will waste 4 hours of your time just to keep you there while your trying to negotiate the bike for the right price just to make you more impatient to want to get it over with. Before I would let them run my credit the salesman started taking my preliminary information and then I realized he was trying to sign me up for a down payment credit card without my permission through Harley. Absolute scum bags. It should be a huge hint to anyone at that dealership trying to buy a bike when they won't tell anyone what the prices of the bikes are they are selling. They tell everyone the same crap, "Well don't worry about the price of the bike what do you want to pay a month". Disgusting people man screw this place.
