I registered online to go to the riding class I'm from Los Angeles so I had to get a hotel for three days over in Riverside I was literally four minutes late to the class and he wouldn't let me in. In particular some clown named Brian. These guys are a fucking joke.!!!!! I literally literally wasted $350 for this class $300 on a helmet another 350 on a hotel and it's fucking prick. Made an internet inquiry about two Road King Specials I saw on line. Cecilia called and thanked me for my inquiry on the Electra Glide. I advised her of the specific bikes I saw on their website and was inquiring about. I told her I was there during the week and didn't see the bikes on the floor. She stated they had many bikes and I may have missed them. I asked if they had them there and she stated she could "attain" them. I asked if she actually had them and she repeated she could "attain" them. I called the following morning and asked if she had the bikes there. She said yes. I reminded her that I wanted to look at the 2021 and 2022 Road King Specials that were green. She asked if they had to be that specific color. I said yes and asked, "are you sure you have them there because I am driving an hour to see these bikes" she said yes she had them. When I arrived, a salesman asked if he could help. I showed him the bikes I wanted to look at, on my phone on their website. He told me they don't have either of the bikes. He stated something about internet not being updated. He listen to me cuss up a storm and was cool about it. I apologized for cussing up and told him it wasn't his fault, and he understood. Needless to say, I left pretty mad. $35 in diesel, and they confirmed they had the bikes prior to me heading out. Clearly it was bull sh1t to get me in to tell me they just sold the bikes and show me other bikes. Needless to say, I went to Quaid Loma Linda Harley and bought a different bike. A more expensive bike. Riverside could have been honest from the get go and I would have bought my second Harley from the same place I bought my first Harley. Just shady sh1t to get you in. My husband bought a iron 883 was told it was the right bike for power and his size he is. come to find out it was not through the drivers training course person and was advised that it was dangerous to ride on freeways because it doesn't have enough power. Went to trade up with their program and they want more money and more a month for the next size. They messed up his credit now so their bank won't swap it out for the bike he needs and they won't just comp it since it was their people that sold him the wrong bike and start and new contract. They are supposed to be trained in selling you the right size and power you need. If they would have sold him the right bike from the beginning and not just wanted a sale we would have been able to have save money for the one that fits him the best. IT was the employee who was supposed to be trained messed up you are a muti-billon dollar company and you can't just take the bike back and start from fresh like he never bought the iron 883. Let me give you some advice these bikes are not for bigger people or even 2 people. Stop selling them them to people that I feel you suckered into/ took advantage of and made a sell. No wonder you supposedly are the #1 store in the world you rip people off and don't care about it. read more

I was hesitant on doing this review because the salesman who helped us was amazing. Were it not for him we would've walked away immediately (probably should have) because the other salespeople are not good. Especially a guy named Philip, he tried stealing us from his coworker but I won't go too into that. The reason I give 1 star is the following. The bikes don't have prices until they go and check their vin. Even then I noticed they try to avoid the price of the bike until they literally have to disclose it. We gave a trade-in but it almost seemed like we didn't with how much it turned out to be. The interest rate was over 7% (we have over 700 credit score) and the term was 72 months. They asked what we wanted to pay, and when the "head" of that place came he kept saying "Oh well it's just $40 more a month. If you can't afford that idk what to tell you". He was condescending as hell. Why ask what we can pay if that's your stand on it? A lot of things happened to make me never want to come here or recommend people. They have a no cool off period, meaning you can't change your mind about the purchase and I can see why. They totally screw you and once you realize you can't take it back. OH! Also, they make you buy full coverage insurance and it has to be with the insurance place they say. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to force us into their buddies insurance but then again they don't all seem very ethical. So yes we had to pay upfront $350 for insurance and if we didn't he couldn't take his bike home. When we asked if we can choose our own insurance they said no, it HAD to be their insurance choice. Hmm. And to top it off we got a call saying they had to redo the contract so we had to come in immediately. Then they called and said they'll try to fix it, then never called again. This place is a mess. Safe to say we're not happy at all with our purchase, highly highly don't recommend this place. Save some money and time elsewhere. read more

It's just business and businesses get reviewed..but this place felt as full of scam artists by the end! *This is my experience, everyone has their own. Before going to the shop, I did some research to see if the motorcycle I was looking into, they had it in the inventory. When I called to make sure before making 40 mins drive, the rep (Haley) tells me their website hadn't been refreshed since before Christmas 2019 (2 months ago) and most of them have been sold. Then they don't stop calling you and emailing you for the same thing they don't have in stock. Before going, I made sure that the financing and trade-in was available for the bike I wanted to buy. Finally, when I went to buy the bike, they tell me it's CASH ONLY. I don't know anyone who can pay $7k+ for a motorcycle at a time. She could have told me that on the phone 2 hours ago when we talked...another fail. When it came to trade-in value, they don't know what they are doing. It takes them 1+ hr to look for the value of my current motorcycle. Then, they give you 70% lower then KBB. This was embarrassing to be there. Left soon as Possible. Sales person could've make me buy a Harley if the passion was there to sell but their commitment to value the customer is below 0. read more

If possible avoid this place . I purchased a 2023 sportster S . It took 6 hours and at the end the bike was dropped when they took it back to be cleaned, luckily I noticed it ,because no one said anything , to make it right they gave me a different bike but I pointed out some scratches so they promised a detail at a later time .. This Sunday I dropped it off for the detail and I also told the services advisor my check engine light was on, He told me no problem while it's in we will check for updates, recalls and tire pressure..I picked it up today .. the service advisor told there was no recalls or updates and that my tire depth and pressure was good .. when I turned on my bike check engine light was still on and the tire light was on so they didn't even bother checking it . I told him that my app said I had an update he told me I could just do it myself, and that I could leave the bike and they would check it out .. when he had just told me everything was fine .. so I just took my bike . He didn't even bother checking the mileage because he was like when you get to your 1000 miles come in for your service when I'm over 2000 miles already .. wouldn't trust this place with anything read more

I am a disabled vietnam veteran living on a fixed income, I went to the dealership to look at a 2013 road king. After riding it I knew it was not for me, so they let me test a 2020 heritage this bike was nice and I was in the store for hours looking to get financed. I admit my credit is not the best, but the payment they wanted was $765 for 72 months, that works out to over $55,000 for a $19,000 motorcycle. I could never afford that payment and think it was a disgrace to have treated me like that I almost went for it because riding a motorcycle is a way for me to deal with my PTSD issues I guess I should have expected it. read more

Luke advised me there wld be delays for the parts cuz COVID-19 & he he always kept me up on the progress as parts came in. I've always had good service at this location. I wanted to find a reason to take a star away from this dealership but I cannot. Especially when every aspect about this shop is better than any other I have been to. The sales experience was great and the guys in the parts department are great. More importantly is the service department. After buying my bike I hit a huge pothole so hard my forks smashed hard, bottoming out. The force was so great it shifted the handle bars completely out of place. After that the front ride was so soft and was diving through the stroke...to the point I almost went down while turning a few times. I could not get a good view in the mirrors as the the front was sitting low. I took it to a different(closer) dealer and they told me after riding it that nothing was wrong. I couldn't accept that so I brought it back here and the mechanic here definitely thought something wasn't right. They tore apart the front end but didn't actually find anything broken. After reassembling it, however, the ride leveled back out. They did not charge me for any work. I feel as those the employees here definitely care about their customer service. read more

I've been in Law Enforcement for 21 years and wanted to take a course and buy a bike. I scheduled a date for the riding academy and then planned to buy a bike. Issues and incidents at work unfortunately caused me to have to reschedule with them and was told not to worry they would reschedule me when I could but now they won't .. I guess they need the money more than I do so they can keep it .. they lost out on a good customer. I'll take my business elsewhere and send my people elsewhere as well. Highly recommended there riding academy course for new riders and learn the skills to operate a motorcycle. Dave and Carl were great at what they do as instructors. Gave me lots of knowledge on safety and handling. It's a fun 3 day course. Have an open mind and you will be glad that you took the course plus gives you the endorsement at the end. read more

Just finished the CSMP course for beginners. I highly recommend this course. I had never ridden a motorcycle prior to the class and in just 2 1/2 days learned the basics of how to ride a motorcycle SAFELY! Kudos to Bob, Dave and Brian! They were the three instructors for the class. Extremely knowledgeable, tons of experience and very supportive! They made the class fun. Both my wife and I completed the course. Went in to trade in my 1200 for a street bob and I was able to do so, although it took a while I am happy with the help I received. Mike Medrano was my sales guy he was really nice not pushy and really appreciated that. He answered all my questions unlike at Huntington Beach location. Please come here if you are considering a purchase or upgrade. I would have gave it 5 stars but I didn't receive a discount on purchase or got to choose my T-shirt when I purchased my bike like at Huntington Beach. Little incentive I guess they offer a one time discount on anything purchased when you get bike. The girls at the clothing department were not friendly not really helpful lack of personality. Update up a prior review: well, I guess I was a sucker. They pushed a VIP program on me for an additional $50 a month, which provides up to six oil changes in a three year period (time frame not discussed in detail while signing paperwork). So, I got 3 of those oil changes, and I still get to pay the extra $50. The service department also could use a course correction. When my bike was getting fixed from an accident, they "2 more weeks"'d me for a month and a half. Even saying it would be ready on Friday, and not returning my calls all day Friday, with a salesman walking back on that Sunday and seeing my bike still in pieces. They also gave my insurance company an estimate, got paid, then sought more money from them because they didn't even take anything apart and truly look to see what was broken until they got the first check. Breakdown Sales, parts, and apparel deserve 5 stars Service and the VIP program get one 3 star average for them read more

Didn't even look at what was told too, until after they did what they wanted too. And then over charged me for everything. Not an upscale dealership by any means, definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Will not be coming back here unless I absolutely have too. These guys will. New Rider - We showed up at Riverside Harley-Davidson today just to get a Helmet with the discount they offer for signing up for their New Rider Course.. We were greeted by CRISTIAN as we stopped and noticed the Road Glides that I Have been planning to buy in a couple months.
