Probably the worst customer service in the service department. Not only did they keep my husbands bike for a year and when we got it back stuff was missing on it. There was a dent that they won't fix and the custom caps at the end of the forks were missing along with the end caps on the pipes.. We gave them a second chance with my bike. Stayed there for over 6months for a starter. When I got it back, my bags were rusty and wouldn't open properly, my motorcycle tools I keep in them were missing along with some other stuff.. every time we have taken our bikes here we are disappointed and every time they say they will make it right, it turns out in disaster. Don't bother bringing your bike here, especially if you have any sort of money in it or cherish your bike. They obviously don't care about you or your bikes.. read more

If I could leave no starts I would. This store department store is horrible. There are a couple reviews that support and validate my same concern. Why are service people being hired to work on VERY EXPENSIVE bikes when they have no idea what they are doing. My husbands 2023 bike has been in the shop 3 time to fix an issue. The bike was delivered and the issues is still there and not resolved. We have called and ask for a manager and were told someone would call us back. This is now going on 3 weeks. Obviously they don't care. But they do a good job selling you a bike at an over inflated PRICE. I'm emailing the CEO and Owner of the store maybe we will get resolution. Thanks Kirk and Linda read more

Service Dept. is horrible. i had an appointment- needed assessment for a wobble issue. I was told it would take two days. multiple calls and blowoffs and showing up in person--never a return call ---two weeks and 900. later, the issue was never resolved. same wobble. told I needed new tires too, due to age. wasn't going to buy them there! I was NEVER going back there again- I bought new tires- my new mechanic said " was your wobble issue ever resolved, because your rear wheel bearings have seized completely, and I can't see how replacing the front bearings would have solved your issue--- he takes video to show me the bearing issue. He asked me if I power wash my bike.... no! never! however, when I picked up my bike from Harley my seat was soaked! I asked, what happened here?? "oh, we washed your bike!" well, arriving home soaked through to my choneys was a real tick-off to say nothing of how I feel about hosing my bike down! I'll never buy a bike or have service done at this store. when I was looking for a bike there several years ago the salesman left me in the middle of inquiry- so they don't need my business. read more

I would like to Thank the person who hired the sweet young girl who works as a receptions. Her name starts with "D" something like Darein not sure how to spell it. This young lady was so "Delightful" she speaks highly of the company she works for. She shared the history of The Harley Davidson Empire, if you will. Just a very polite, well spoken young person. Which is rare. Respectful. She seemed very happy to be working. I left with 2 t shirts and a lot of knowledge of the H. D. Business. So ... Thank You for hiring her. read more

Do not waste your time here. I sold a bike to them and for months they failed to do the legally required paperwork with DMV to take over the bike in their name. I am now getting hit with fees from DMV because of this and on numerous occasion they refuse to fix the issue. I also purchased a bike from them that has had nothing but problems since I got it. The bike has been in the shop for over a month now and they continue to say they are working on it, but nothing is being done. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. I just wanted to say that I have always wanted to take the motorcycle training course and when I found out that Harley-Davidson had one and we got to ride Harleys which is my dream bike I signed up immediately!! I went through the whole two and a half day course and these instructors were fantastic. They answered every question we had even if they were repeated questions. They never made us feel like we were terrible or stupid even though this was new to all of us. I have never had so much! I had Dave and John for my instructors. Brian is the manager of the program and he is the one that you will be communicating with to sign up. They are all so nice so welcoming and you are always welcome to come back and ride anytime as long as they have an extra bike for you. Words can't express how our experience was at Riverside Harley-Davidson. We felt so welcomed, and at home. Anthony did an amazing job at keeping us informed. He answered all our questions and gave us many laughs. He made the experience painless and so much fun. He understood what we were looking for in a new bike. And was supportive in every way. And when we rang that bell, it made us feel victorious. Thank you so much for the amazing time, and making this happen for us. Without you, I believe this experience wouldn't of been beautiful. Bike got into accident January 2022, took it to this dealer to repair. Technician didn't do great job doing inspection on bike for insurances claim. Got bike back in 2023 February notice rpm gauge wasn't working. Dealer ordered me a new one. Service advisor Mike G, of course tried to charge me $80 labor for the RPM which is very unprofessional, knowing my bike just got out of an accident. Took my bike home that night the traction control light came on, and a red light came on, on dashboard. This will be my 3rd time seeing these guys this year about my bike. I truly wish I can take it to another dealership to repair, but they should repair my bike 100% so it's safe to ride. In addition to the insurance claim I spent $600 on t bar installation, and the pictures i attached will show u how piss poor job was done on my bike. I been trying to contact the service manager, Raymond will not return my call, it's been 2 weeks. I keep calling lady at the front desk keep leaving messages. Very unprofessional. Customer service manager out on maternity leave, like it's a clown show at this point? Who is gonna contact me on repairing my bike? Someone in management. It's sad. I live all the way in Newport Beach and I have to ride all the way to riverside on a bike that's probably not safe to ride. I do not recommended this dealer. If I was buying a bike, my phone would ring off the hook, when it's issues with my bike they run from customers. Sad and unprofessional. read more

Came here with Boyfriend to trade in his baby for a bigger baby to ride with. Jared was the first to greet us and welcome us in. Jared was kind with a sweet and attentive attitude. He showed us around, got Bf to test drive a few bikes to where he found the perfect fit. From beginning to end our experience here was excellent. Straight forward, honest, helpful dudes here. Leo was our assistant sales manager guy and he too was a sweetheart. David the finance guy was super chill, professional and very helpful. A true straight up dude. We made some friends hahaaa! :) The flow of every step to get you out the door in your new bike was a breeze, pleasant and stress free. We both were very impressed with how they handle the whole process. It's clean, sanitizers everywhere, everyone practices social distancing, everyone wears masks. Definitely leaving with smiles on our faces. Thank you for making this a good experience. You guys are great! Jared! You're awesome dude! They are truly lucky to have you as part of their team. I had been contemplating getting a motorcycle license for years now. However, I had never taken the initiative until learning about the Harley-Davidson Dealership offering motorcycle training courses. Signing up was relatively simple and done online. I was specifically looking for a weekend course and fortunately I was able to find that it was being offered at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA. I live in Huntington Beach, CA and it was relatively an easy drive except for the first day since our first class was Friday evening at 6pm. You definitely need to plan ahead and consider the Friday traffic to ensure you get there on time. The main instructors at our course session were Ian and Bob. Both are highly trained and experienced instructors. The class times were very punctual. The class itself was very interesting and important. We were emailed course guides and the CA Motorcycle Handbook in pdf beforehand so there were no surprises. Ian also called us beforehand to check on us prior to the course starting to see if we had any questions. On Saturday and Sunday the format was relatively similar by starting out the mornings outside on the road doing lessons while the afternoons were back at the Dealership going over course materials. In addition, on Sunday we did the road testing and exam testing. The biggest takeaway from this course was the emphasis on motorcycle safety. Both Ian and Bob truly wanted to drive the message of motorcycle safety to us and by constantly improving our driving skills to be safe drivers out there we can absolutely enhance our enjoyment of operating a motorcycle. The manager Brian regularly came to our class and routinely gave positive feedback and information. Overall, everyone I encountered at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA were professional and helpful. The dealership itself was very presentable and clean. They followed all the Covid prevention protocols. I definitely will visit again in the future and I highly recommend anyone in taking the course at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA. read more

Scott in sales showed great customer service from the very first day we met. He was very informative and was able to provide different options according to our needs. He has great knowledge of about HD products. Scott does an excellent job looking for be best interest for his customer. Josh also did a great job on negotiating our desired payment and was able to find the right deal for us. Very appreciative for that. On our tour, DMC also provided great enthusiasm when explaining the service dept and all the extended services that HD offers. It was after hours and he made sure to provide us with all the details without cutting any corners. Juan did a great job when he helped us complete the paperwork and was friendly as well. My friend and I road in on our Harleys to Riverside Harley Davidson on Saturday. I seen a bike I've been looking for, snake venom, a 2021 road glide. I spoke to the sales rep. He gave me some information on it, which end up being incorrect. The next day Sunday I arrive. Interested in purchasing this bike. went to my sales rep that I met on Saturday he was busy so he gave me to another guy who had me fill out paperwork and other documents and tell him I want to test ride the bike. The bike would not start. The battery was very low had a trickle charger on it. It took 30 minutes for them to decide to put a new battery in it. Another 15 minutes for a test drive. Very nice bike really liked it was very interested in purchasing it. They had me fill out more paperwork and talk to the sales manager, Jarad, who discussed some minor details. I told Jarad I have an Ultra Classic which is in excellent condition, super clean a lot of upgrades. 3 hours have gone by and my sales guy kept coming to me saying it will be just a few minutes. My friend and I had plans for Cinco de Mayo. These guys did not seem interested in selling me a bike. So I left. This place was not even busy!!! Then I received a call from that evening from, Melissa. She anted to know how my experience was. So I let her know. She was shocked, (yeah right!) She said she would have Jarad call me. No call yet.... Lost opportunity for them. read more

DMC in the service department at Harley Riverside, Ca is hands down THEEEEE BEEEEST!!! Thanks again

I had a great experience with Anthony and Jarad....... They stayed way past closing time helping me decide which bike would fit my needs best. I knew the color bike I wanted but it wasn't on the floor at all. Jarad remembered they had just got a couple bikes in and thought they had the exact bike I was looking for. Sure enough I left with a 2023 Ultra Limited in Gray Haze. This bike is amazing. Thanks guys for going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I also want to bring something to Harley's attention, because I wrote a note to them and they never responded to me. I drove down to Harley because of a promotion they were offering. It was zero down, zero payments and zero percentage. The salesman were aware of this promotion as well so this completely caught me off guard. After working out the numbers and everyone knows what that's like it's time to get everything finalized and go into the financing room. Well I got into the financing room and the lady had NO idea what I was talking about. I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. So during the entire process of being super excited it was completely stripped away with how I got taken advantage of. I still went through with the sale but I was really hoping for a completely different experience. I've had the bike for a month and have already paid it off but I still had a bad taste in my mouth when I shouldn't have.... Thanks again Jarad and Anthony for all your help. read more

I called twice to try to get information on purchasing and extended warranty for my bike, I spent over 20 minutes on hold and the day before I spent probably 15 minutes without anybody answering so I guess they don't want my business or at least to sell an extended warranty. New review!!!!!! Anddddddd another deleted review from this establishment. (This is the 3rd time I have posted this) So here we go again. Brought our road glide here to get a recall done. What should of been done in a day or two, turned into a month!!! Yes, an entire month!!!! Did anyone call us to let us know what was going on? Absolutely not! Had to call there multiple times. "The part should be in any day now", is what we heard. Since it was there, decided to have the oil change. Person who rang it up added too many 0's to the total. That was a nice little surprise. Luckily I check my bank accounts. Was credited back the thousands. Would think for the long delay of the recall part and major error with the oil change, some sort of discount would be given. Nope! Have called multiple times to the manager. Still waiting for that call. It's been weeks now. Ps, I will keep reposting this review every time you take it down. Next time, I'll show pics of my bank statement. So leave the damn post up! Man up and admit your error! read more

0/10 customer service for the service department . I called literally TEN times to get an issue resolved. I didn't get a call back ask to speak to a manager nothing. I got tired of riverside Harley dodging my calls so I drove my butt over there. I got there and waited an additional 30 mins just to speak to someone while the tech named DWP or DUI sat there and pretended he didn't see me. I finally got to see a tech but I needed to speak to a manager. 15 mins later the manager comes out. Long story short riverside harley fixed my new bike after a collision I had. The wiring harness should be mounted higher and I had problems. Riverside Harley claims they didn't do it. I didn't buy my new motorcycle like that! It's the lack of accountability, that's no way to run a dealership. Anyways it's Currently being re fixed at OC Harley. I not going to argue and act all mad. I'll let my attorney do that for me in court. Really shady dealership just check the complaints from the better business bureau. I wouldn't buy here either go to Orange County Harley Davidson instead. read more

Riverside Harley Davidson Parts department The customer service here is incredible and exceeds expectations... being new to motorcycles obviously comes with tons of questions and that always requires knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service. It's like working on computers, you need to know how to explain to customers of different levels. Sometimes you need to be very technical and other times you have to explain as though you're speaking to a 5 year old child... that's what separates the professionals from unprofessionals. Every time I come to Josh Boehling, he goes above and beyond customer service... this guy is incredible. I'm super thankful for his service whenever I come to ask about my bike. Today it's hard to find that kind of employee that goes the extra mile ... I just want to acknowledge his services. read more

I love my 2017 Street Glide Special, bought it new from another dealer and I have not been happy with that dealer since (unfriendly staff, unpleasant and just not a good vibe). Today, I finally made my way into Riverside Harley-Davidson and I'm damn happy I did. Every single employee welcomed me, said hello and asked if I needed help with anything. One particular employee, Dusty Pedersen, was AWESOME. For 45 minutes or better, Dusty walked me throughout the dealership, showed me around and really sold me on Riverside Harley-Davidson. Even though Dusty knew I was not there to purchase a new Harley, he went above and beyond just being a salesman, he gained a new customer. I am never going back to that "other dealership" and they are 15 miles closer to my home. My new service center, sales center and apparel center is now Riverside Harley-Davidson.
