Bike got into accident January 2022, took it to this dealer to repair. Technician didn't do great job doing inspection on bike for insurances claim. Got bike back in 2023 February notice rpm gauge wasn't working. Dealer ordered me a new one. Service advisor Mike G, of course tried to charge me $80 labor for the RPM which is very unprofessional, knowing my bike just got out of an accident. Took my bike home that night the traction control light came on, and a red light came on, on dashboard. This will be my 3rd time seeing these guys this year about my bike. I truly wish I can take it to another dealership to repair, but they should repair my bike 100% so it's safe to ride. In addition to the insurance claim I spent $600 on t bar installation, and the pictures i attached will show u how piss poor job was done on my bike. I been trying to contact the service manager, Raymond will not return my call, it's been 2 weeks. I keep calling lady at the front desk keep leaving messages. Very unprofessional. Customer service manager out on maternity leave, like it's a clown show at this point? Who is gonna contact me on repairing my bike? Someone in management. It's sad. I live all the way in Newport Beach and I have to ride all the way to riverside on a bike that's probably not safe to ride. I do not recommended this dealer. My friend and I road in on our Harleys to Riverside Harley Davidson on Saturday. I seen a bike I've been looking for, snake venom, a 2021 road glide. I spoke to the sales rep. He gave me some information on it, which end up being incorrect. The next day Sunday I arrive. Interested in purchasing this bike. went to my sales rep that I met on Saturday he was busy so he gave me to another guy who had me fill out paperwork and other documents and tell him I want to test ride the bike. The bike would not start. The battery was very low had a trickle charger on it. It took 30 minutes for them to decide to put a new battery in it. Another 15 minutes for a test drive. Very nice bike really liked it was very interested in purchasing it. They had me fill out more paperwork and talk to the sales manager, Jarad, who discussed some minor details. I told Jarad I have an Ultra Classic which is in excellent condition, super clean a lot of upgrades. 3 hours have gone by and my sales guy kept coming to me saying it will be just a few minutes. My friend and I had plans for Cinco de Mayo. These guys did not seem interested in selling me a bike. So I left. This place was not even busy!!! Then I received a call from that evening from, Melissa. She anted to know how my experience was. So I let her know. She was shocked, (yeah right!) She said she would have Jarad call me. I had a great experience with Anthony and Jarad....... They stayed way past closing time helping me decide which bike would fit my needs best. It was zero down, zero payments and zero percentage. The salesman were aware of this promotion as well so this completely caught me off guard. After working out the numbers and everyone knows what that's like it's time to get everything finalized and go into the financing room. Well I got into the financing room and the lady had NO idea what I was talking about. I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. So during the entire process of being super excited it was completely stripped away with how I got taken advantage of. I still went through with the sale but I was really hoping for a completely different experience. They never made us feel like we were terrible or stupid even though this was new to all of us. I have never had so much! I had Dave and John for my instructors. I had been contemplating getting a motorcycle license for years now. However, I had never taken the initiative until learning about the Harley-Davidson Dealership offering motorcycle training courses. Signing up was relatively simple and done online. I was specifically looking for a weekend course and fortunately I was able to find that it was being offered at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA. I live in Huntington Beach, CA and it was relatively an easy drive except for the first day since our first class was Friday evening at 6pm. You definitely need to plan ahead and consider the Friday traffic to ensure you get there on time. The main instructors at our course session were Ian and Bob. Both are highly trained and experienced instructors. The class times were very punctual. The class itself was very interesting and important. We were emailed course guides and the CA Motorcycle Handbook in pdf beforehand so there were no surprises. Ian also called us beforehand to check on us prior to the course starting to see if we had any questions. On Saturday and Sunday the format was relatively similar by starting out the mornings outside on the road doing lessons while the afternoons were back at the Dealership going over course materials. In addition, on Sunday we did the road testing and exam testing. The biggest takeaway from this course was the emphasis on motorcycle safety. Both Ian and Bob truly wanted to drive the message of motorcycle safety to us and by constantly improving our driving skills to be safe drivers out there we can absolutely enhance our enjoyment of operating a motorcycle. The manager Brian regularly came to our class and routinely gave positive feedback and information. Overall, everyone I encountered at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA were professional and helpful. The dealership itself was very presentable and clean. They followed all the Covid prevention protocols. I definitely will visit again in the future and I highly recommend anyone in taking the course at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Riverside, CA. read more

Lost $600 because I missed a planned ride cuz they still had my bike. Repairs seemed like they were done backwards. Fuel pump replaced before fuel filter? And at completely separate times? Charged for an unnecessary repair cus they didn't have the tool to clean it and then made to feel like they were doing mean favor by discounting that amount. Will NEVER be back!!! I took my 2011 Fatboy in for a broken fuel line October 4th 2022, I also had a service done I got it back December 17th 2022 with a empty gas tank and parked it in my garage where at least two quarts of oil leaked out on my garage floor, when I called I was told it was just Residual oil.....they picked it up and when I got it back it was leaking gas from the top of the gas tank and had minor scratches in the paint around the instrument bezel.... its January 14th 2023 I will never take my Harley to Riverside Harley Davidson I have been treated like crap paid over $1052.00 and the service individual I dealt with was very Is condescending talking down to me like I knew nothing about motorcycles....I will look for another Harley Davidson dealership even if I have to drive further.... read more

This is the email I sent to Kristina on May 10, 2023. I was given her email by the front desk. I am tired of waiting for a response and getting the run around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A MOTORCYCLE NOR HAVING YOUR MOTORCYCLE SERVICED FROM RIVERSIDE HARLEY DAVIDSON. Good morning, My name is Da Ackamin Gonzales I bought my 2020 river rock grey Road Glide Special from Riverside Harley in August of 2020. This vehicle is my main mode of transportation to and from work putting more than 500 miles a week. In February 2022 I was involved in a car accident that destroyed my left saddlebag. I had both saddlebags replaced with the standard length. The replacements eventually came in June 2022. However the right saddle bag was ordered under the wrong color(red). I then had to wait till September 2022 to receive the repainted right hand saddlebag. The paint job was sloppy and the previous color(red) was showing through. I was told Riverside Harley would get it repainted when I was available to drop it off. In November 2022 I was involved in another car accident that damaged my right hand side saddle bag. Once again I was informed the wrong color was ordered. So again the saddle bag was sent off for repaint. On May 5 2022 I dropped off my bike at Riverside Harley to finally have the saddlebag replaced. Only to pick it up and find out they replaced the left hand side saddle bag not the right hand side that was damaged during the wreck. These multiple experiences listed here, not to mention numerous others, I've had with Riverside Harley Davidson is beyond ridiculous and outrageous. No one should be forced to wait this staggering amount of time to 1: have parts come in 2: have parts repainted due to wrong parts being ordered and 3: have the correct parts ordered to begin with. read more
