I am a disabled vietnam veteran living on a fixed income, I went to the dealership to look at a 2013 road king. After riding it I knew it was not for me, so they let me test a 2020 heritage this bike was nice and I was in the store for hours looking to get financed. I admit my credit is not the best, but the payment they wanted was $765 for 72 months, that works out to over $55,000 for a $19,000 motorcycle. I could never afford that payment and think it was a disgrace to have treated me like that I almost went for it because riding a motorcycle is a way for me to deal with my PTSD issues I guess I should have expected it. read more

My wife and I bought our first Harley's last December and Ezra was helping us with the awesome experience of buying 2 bikes. On the 28th of November 2020 we went back to see Ezra again to buy a bike for my son he bought a 2020 Sportster 1200 and I can't say enough about Ezra. He is very knowledgeable about your product and very easy going with the customer read more

I wanted to find a reason to take a star away from this dealership but I cannot. Especially when every aspect about this shop is better than any other I have been to. The sales experience was great and the guys in the parts department are great. More importantly is the service department. After buying my bike I hit a huge pothole so hard my forks smashed hard, bottoming out. The force was so great it shifted the handle bars completely out of place. After that the front ride was so soft and was diving through the stroke...to the point I almost went down while turning a few times. I could not get a good view in the mirrors as the the front was sitting low. I took it to a different(closer) dealer and they told me after riding it that nothing was wrong. I couldn't accept that so I brought it back here and the mechanic here definitely thought something wasn't right. They tore apart the front end but didn't actually find anything broken. After reassembling it, however, the ride leveled back out. They did not charge me for any work. I feel as those the employees here definitely care about their customer service. read more

I guess riverside harley doesn't want anyone's busy any more. Wife bike is under warranty, check engine light is on, bike runs like shit, and the Speedo doesn't work. Called to get bike picked up, they want a $50 pick up fee now. Fuck no, I have bought all of my bikes here, but never again. I will never spend another dollar here. read more

I've been in Law Enforcement for 21 years and wanted to take a course and buy a bike. I scheduled a date for the riding academy and then planned to buy a bike. Issues and incidents at work unfortunately caused me to have to reschedule with them and was told not to worry they would reschedule me when I could but now they won't .. I guess they need the money more than I do so they can keep it .. they lost out on a good customer. I'll take my business elsewhere and send my people elsewhere as well. Not the way you should treat first responders who don't have the luxury having a fixed schedule. read more

Went in to trade in my 1200 for a street bob and I was able to do so, although it took a while I am happy with the help I received. Mike Medrano was my sales guy he was really nice not pushy and really appreciated that. He answered all my questions unlike at Huntington Beach location. Please come here if you are considering a purchase or upgrade. I would have gave it 5 stars but I didn't receive a discount on purchase or got to choose my T-shirt when I purchased my bike like at Huntington Beach. Little incentive I guess they offer a one time discount on anything purchased when you get bike. The girls at the clothing department were not friendly not really helpful lack of personality. Love the girls at Huntington Beach though and Hate the sales guys. Can't have it all I guess. read more

My husband bought a iron 883 was told it was the right bike for power and his size he is. come to find out it was not through the drivers training course person and was advised that it was dangerous to ride on freeways because it doesn't have enough power. Went to trade up with their program and they want more money and more a month for the next size. They messed up his credit now so their bank won't swap it out for the bike he needs and they won't just comp it since it was their people that sold him the wrong bike and start and new contract. They are supposed to be trained in selling you the right size and power you need. If they would have sold him the right bike from the beginning and not just wanted a sale we would have been able to have save money for the one that fits him the best. IT was the employee who was supposed to be trained messed up you are a muti-billon dollar company and you can't just take the bike back and start from fresh like he never bought the iron 883. Let me give you some advice these bikes are not for bigger people or even 2 people. Stop selling them them to people that I feel you suckered into/ took advantage of and made a sell. No wonder you supposedly are the #1 store in the world you rip people off and don't care about it. read more

Update up a prior review: well, I guess I was a sucker. They pushed a VIP program on me for an additional $50 a month, which provides up to six oil changes in a three year period (time frame not discussed in detail while signing paperwork). So, I got 3 of those oil changes, and I still get to pay the extra $50. The service department also could use a course correction. When my bike was getting fixed from an accident, they "2 more weeks"'d me for a month and a half. Even saying it would be ready on Friday, and not returning my calls all day Friday, with a salesman walking back on that Sunday and seeing my bike still in pieces. They also gave my insurance company an estimate, got paid, then sought more money from them because they didn't even take anything apart and truly look to see what was broken until they got the first check. Breakdown Sales, parts, and apparel deserve 5 stars Service and the VIP program get one 3 star average for them read more

I registered online to go to the riding class I'm from Los Angeles so I had to get a hotel for three days over in Riverside I was literally four minutes late to the class and he wouldn't let me in. In particular some clown named Brian. These guys are a fucking joke.!!!!! I literally literally wasted $350 for this class $300 on a helmet another 350 on a hotel and it's fucking prick. Wouldn't let me into the class four minutes late. The reason I was four minutes late was because there was an accident on the 10 freeway. Do not come to this place. read more

New Rider - We showed up at Riverside Harley-Davidson today just to get a Helmet with the discount they offer for signing up for their New Rider Course.. We were greeted by CRISTIAN as we stopped and noticed the Road Glides that I Have been planning to buy in a couple months. He introduced himself and asked how are day was going...I wasted no time by telling him that I wasn't ready to buy yet and that we were here for a helmet...LOL... his response was NP I can walk you in and hand you over to someone who can assist you...at no time did he try and sell me a bike...on our walk to the front entrance I noticed a Road Glide that I wanted..I asked a few questions and he obliged me with the answers to everything...He still never tried to sell me anything..what he did do was offer his experience and LISTEN to what I was looking for and wanted...10 min later I asked to sit on the Road Glide and it just didn't feel right...I was a lil disappointed.. There was a Street Glide parked right next to it..He said sit on this one and see how it feels...still was more then I expected..still didn't feel right...So we walked on the show room floor and Ran into the beauty you see in the pics...he explained the differences between the bikes which I already researched and answered all my questions...Finally I Sat on my 2021 Road King and immediately feel in love...This was the Feel I was looking for...Christian brought in the VICLA expert "STRETCh" was his name and he assured me I could do anything and everything I want to to this model to turn it into the VICLA ROAD KING of my dreams ...we started the process with PHILLIP (PHIL)who didn't just run my credit and scratch some numbers in those 4 boxes...He too listened and worked the preliminary numbers and then found some good programs to assist with my Down Payment...4 Hours later after working with BRANDON I rang the bell and I became a New VIP member with Riverside Harley...The Best Experience I have ever had buying a Luxury Item...Great Team...all around ..Not one thing Negative to say...You Guys were Great.. Constantly lied to about what was going on with my bike that was there to be serviced. They had it for a month and a half before even looking at what was wrong with it. Didn't even look at what was told too, until after they did what they wanted too. And then over charged me for everything. Not an upscale dealership by any means, definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Will not be coming back here unless I absolutely have too. These guys will. If possible avoid this place . I purchased a 2023 sportster S . It took 6 hours and at the end the bike was dropped when they took it back to be cleaned, luckily I noticed it ,because no one said anything , to make it right they gave me a different bike but I pointed out some scratches so they promised a detail at a later time .. This Sunday I dropped it off for the detail and I also told the services advisor my check engine light was on, He told me no problem while it's in we will check for updates, recalls and tire pressure..I picked it up today .. the service advisor told there was no recalls or updates and that my tire depth and pressure was good .. when I turned on my bike check engine light was still on and the tire light was on so they didn't even bother checking it . I told him that my app said I had an update he told me I could just do it myself, and that I could leave the bike and they would check it out .. when he had just told me everything was fine .. so I just took my bike . He didn't even bother checking the mileage because he was like when you get to your 1000 miles come in for your service when I'm over 2000 miles already .. wouldn't trust this place with anything read more

Absolute trash. Yeah they wash your bike for free, and even give you a shitty hot dog, but so what!?. Their sales department is a total joke. Sadly, they sucker so many poor sheep into buying their bikes. You hear this dealership advertise all kinds of crap on the radio, which is really a scam to get you to come in and try to rip you off. Anyways, one morning, I had a hair up my ass and said "I'm gonna go in to Riverside Harley, and get me a pre-owned Street Glide". Prior to going in, I did my research and saw what the market was for a pre-owned 2017 HD Street Glide, which they usually run around 17-18k. I show up to this place, and I see all pre-owned bikes outside with no freaking price listed for them. First red flag. I get a sales man to come out, he got the stock number, goes inside (took forever to get back to me)..finally he comes out and hits me with, "We're asking 22k for this bike"... second red flag. I pretty much did a B line and on my way to my car, he approaches me and says "No pressure man!" I told him, "believe me, I'm not pressured at all, I'm the one holding the checkbook, and I'm also not buying a bike that's marked up the wazoo". The dude didn't like what I said, but meh, I can careless. Anyways, save yourself a trip, and take the extra miles to another dealership where they give you the prices upfront. read more

I realized that I made my mistake to buy XL883. Fernando and Philip are friendly and patience with me being deaf. They wrote on papers and used text for communication. I asked Fernando does the bike have fuel level and 6 speed. He said yes. I signed the paperwork. A day later, I found 5 speed and it does have fuel level. I believe Philip does not want to write specific amounts example MRSP, interested rate, subtotal amount etc. I told friends don't buy any bikes from HD Riverside cuz they use Markup. ( add amount to MSRP cost) read more

After coming into Riverside Harley with no motorcycle purchasing experience, the crew there was amazing. Kevin and Fernando immediately helped show us around the place and they were extremely personable and not pushy in any way. Later on we met Larry who didn't push us into a purchase either, and also helped get us an incredible deal on not one, but two bikes. Overall, they all made it a super comfortable experience without the typical dealership hassles I have experienced from car purchases in the past. Highly recommend. read more

I went to see a Specific bike, I had made an appointment as they only show bikes with one they told me. Dimitri Internet sales says the bike is available and waiting for you to check out. I told him I am on my way from Huntington Beach and it would be about 50 minutes. I arrived and met with him, he handed me off to a sales person who was really cool. We looked at the bike and it had a few things I wanted to make sure they would fix. We went in did all the paper work and got the final numbers and the sales manger comes over (David) talks to me and says ok let me get this take. Care of I told him I would pay for the bike today with cash. He comes back after agreeing we negotiated and came to a price and made the deal, and tells me the bike just sold. I asked him why because we just made a deal on the bike and I'm gonna pay for it today that was the whole point of making an appointment and reserving the bike in time to make the deal. David tells me that there is no reserving a bike and it's first come first serve. I asked him why do they insist on having appointments for a specific bike and a specific time. He says that's for convenience and we don't know if you're gonna show up or not. I explain to him that I am obviously standing in front of him obviously going over the numbers and negotiating the price and tell him I will pay for it today. As a customer being told to make an appointment to show up to see that specific bike work the numbers come to an agreement and the customer telling them I'm gonna pay for it today is to me a deal. I am sure is what happened is that they had a customer who is going to finance it so they can make more money on the backend. Otherwise why would they not close the deal that they had made with me after the negotiation after the agreement after he goes back to the desk to put the deal together? He tells me it wasn't intentional that it just happened, I don't know how that's not intentional if you have a deal closing and then you take another deal because there's financing money is involved, don't be fooled these people make money on the front end and the backend. Needless to say the sales guy I was working with was shaking his head in disgust, I walked over to him I shook his hand I said thank you very much for his time and he said I am sorry. I asked David for the General Manager name and he told me it was Glen Espinosa. I don't understand how a company like Riverside Harley Davidson has so many reviews on their customer service and this was the first time I've ever been there first time dealing with them and this is how they treat somebody who's going to pay for the bike and enjoy it. Needless to say I will never do business with Riverside Harley Davidson or it's sister store Huntington Beach Harley Davidson. These two stores are unbelievably unprofessional in every way. read more
