You know how they say don't judge a book by its cover well this place is a perfect example. If a friend didn't recommend this adorable cafe to me I would have driven right by and probably never stopped in. Tucked away in a small strip mall and looking nothing special from the outside, but the inside is adorably decorated and makes you feel welcome. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My new favorite place also because they have gluten free food, not just hold the bread they have Udi's. Those who are Gluten Free know that special name. GF bread, waffles, chicken fingers, pasta and more. Plus a large selection of organic entree's. Ok so for those who aren't GF or don't care about organic, there is plenty of stuff for you also. This place is so delicious a packs definite Wow!

Pros -loved loved loved the veggie Benedict - awesome dessert with ice cream, walnuts and hot brown sugar -good service (the chef sometimes personally comes to check on you) Cons -crowded at lunch time -tough to get a table for larger group at lunch time

Came here on an early Saturday morning, place just started to get busy as I left. It's in a nice location with other great stores around it. The waitress was mentioning the pancakes so I got a plate that included french toast, waffles, and pancakes. The pancakes were good but the highlight for me were the waffles. Delicious, crispy but not too hard, and great flavor as well. Excellent service, and the menu has lots of other great options including gluten free items that I look forward to trying soon.

Called and they said they offer NO gluten free breakfast options. So if that is something you need, skip it!

So walking in you are met with Victorian style decor that is stunning in its own right. The owner met us at the door , giving us a run down of the amenities and the local sights and food. Breakfast was included and they don't hold back , we had eggs on a cloud the first morning which is an interesting play on eggs Benedict. We went to our room and saw a similar style the bathroom was huge , staying on there with the Victorian beach home theme. Tips: 1. I wouldn't recommend coming with children 2. This place is made for R+R it's calming and refreshing not really a party central. 3. Tons to do in the area read up before going or you will feel overwhelmed! She gives you a guide when you walk in but , the town is catered to going out so you have tons to choose from. 4. Extra pillows are in the closet. 5. You are super close to the beach! Pack a bathing suit if the weather calls for it.

I had 5 or 6 drinks and it was like juice. I felt nothing. I heard the same from multiple Guests. We did have an issue with my husband being charged for a room when he should not have but it was corrected pretty quickly. My wedding guests liked the food for the most part. I would not recommend the risotto. That was not risotto. I'm not sure why they'd serve that and say it's risotto. I hired my own day of coordinator and they did an excellent job. I didn't see the venue's Maitre d until I was lining up for my ceremony and then did not see him again. That was surprising to me. I got one email a week before my event where I said I was not bringing any decor and I heard nothing else. So I'd definitely recommend future brides to hire your own DOC. I'm pretty sure our brochure mentioned a breakfast for the bride and groom the morning after the wedding and we didn't get that either. If you bring welcome boxes or gifts, you need to ask for them back. We had about 6 boxes full of snacks that were left over and I had to ask for them when I checked out.
