l was surprised that such a little gem was tucked away in a very unassuming location. Their pizzas, Philly cheesesteak, pastrami sandwich, cheese bread, and fries are phenomenal. read more

We had the Philly cheesesteak. Always on point!!! The bread is so soft, the shaved beef, peppers and cheese just melt in your mouth. As greedy as I like to think I am, I can only eat half; however, the other half heats up perfectly in my air fryer. read more

It was ok. I got a BLT that was average. Nothings comes with it. My friend got the pomedoro. They loved it. We came back the next day for more pasta but they were no longer serving it. Very obscure location. read more

Always exceptional food and service at RiverCrust! One of my absolute favorites in Riverside/MoVal.

Hands down one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had!! The meat was tender, the bread was fresh (I think they make it in house) and the chipotle mayo put it over the top!! We also ordered the Cobb salad and that was also delicious. This place knows what they are doing! The owner and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and treated everyone like they were regulars. read more

I absolutely love this place. I work around the corner and try to come here as often as possible. Their low carb avocado chicken salad is to die for. read more

Update... Went in for lunch today, and had the fantastic pastrami sandwich. It was delicious! I have been lucky enough to eat at Katz's and Sarge's in NYC, both legendary for their pastrami. This was on that level, and half the price. Pillowy roll that didn't disintegrate while eating, great lean but flavorful meat (and lots of it), and cheese melted over the top as the finishing touch. Pickles and mustard added enough tang to balance things out. Great! read more

We've been looking for GOOD pizzeria pizza since moving to the IE 5 years ago and FINALLY found RiverCrust Deli! The pizza was amazing (the cheese pull was sooo good) and the Philly Cheesesteak was phenomenal! Soo good all around. Can't wait to go back! read more

Guess I'd need to come back and try their Philly sandwiches or the pizza to see what all the hype is about. Husband got the Italian and I got the TBA sandwich, both were good and fresh but I don't know if they were worth the $35 with 2 bags of chips and one soda. read more

This place was hidden in a dark business center. I thought my navigation took me to the wrong place. But then, in the corner, I saw the open sign. Went on in. I knew what I wanted. Philly cheese steak, a pepperoni pizza and a drink. $30. Took about 20 minutes to get my food. There was a party of about 7-9 in front of me. Went by quick. Order ahead if this is an issues. The pizza was pretty good. The sauce is zesty. Thick soft crust. I got the personal sized. The cheese steak was delicious. American cheese on the bottom. Steak peppers onions and mushrooms then provolone on top. The bread was the softest bread I've ever eaten. Didn't seem real lol. The sammich itself was a little on the small side for $15ish but the flavor and texture balanced that out. I'd definitely get that sammich again. read more

Fast and friendly service. I was summoned for jury duty and I wasn't quite sure where to go for lunch. I was craving a chicken salad sandwich and I came across this gem. Finding parking is a breeze as it's located in a very industrial like atmosphere. The location may not do it much justice as it's hidden but I'm glad I found it. I live in La Sierra Hills and I am still new to Riverside in general. If you live/work near by I recommend for you to give them a try. I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich w/ sea salt & vinegar chips and unsweetened black tea. read more

Todays choice was a large pepperoni pizza to go and a Philly cheesesteak for the wait and my good God it was THE BEST CHEESESTEAK EVER HAD THE PIZZA smelled up my car so much we didn't event pullout before opening the box to have a slice. 10/10 read more

Food: 4/5 Got the Philly cheese and pastrami pizza. Sandwich was good (hot, fresh, cheesy, tender, juicy etc) but just a bit on the saltier side for my preference. I am going to be back to try their other hot and cold sandwiches for sure. The pizza crust is one of the best in the area. Has the right amount of crisp in the crust and undercarriage. Good toppings (quality and quantity). Also will need to try their other flavors. It's the bready (not heavy though) kind of pizza. So don't expect a thin crust or neopolitan style pizza Ambience/ cleanliness: 5/5 Clean inside and also in front of the business. It's quiet inside and the tv was running - makes it easy to eat lunch with someone and have a conversation. Staff service: 5/5 The guy who took my order answered the questions I had and also made great recommendations. He also told me their usual pickle wasn't in and offered alternatives for the pizza that worked pretty well. Price/value: 4/5 It's a bit on the pricier side for sure. The Philly and pizza total came out higher than other places I've been, but even at these prices, I'd go back and try the other items in their menu Overall score: 4.5/5 read more

Absolutely the best pizza in Riverside!!! No skimping on the toppings! The sandwiches are yummy! The chicken salad is awesome.... I am a sucker for plain old chicken salad, no fruit or nuts! The customer service is beyond anything you'll get anywhere!! A mix up with the online order app and our address but the manager called and said he'd personally deliver our order!! Will definitely be ordering more!! If you want good pizza or sandwiches....check them out!! read more

Pizza was real good.. kids and wife really liked it! They don't drown it with sauce! If I had one complaint, it would be the crust was a little over cooked. But it was bomb deserving of 5 stars! We will definitely make a trip again when we order pizza! read more

Rivercrust Deli should your go to place if you're in the mood and craving delicious food!! Their pizza is Amazing, I usually have extra leftover slices and must share that Rivercrust Deli's pizza reheats beautifuly and tastes as good as day one, whether it's one or several days later, unlike many other pizza places. What can I say about their spicy smash burger...spicy deliciousness. I will travel to Rivercrust Deli over other pizza places that are nearby. Keep up the amazing work Rivercrust Deli!! read more

Though we ordered online and didn't visit the establishment, the fare speaks well for the restaurant. The food taste with correct spices - tastefully applied - accompanying the equally ample amout, warrants our strong recommendations for a fine experience. We had the barbeque steak sandwich and BLT turkey with fresh avocado. Both selections we enjoyed and will be ordered again. We expect to see this restaurant to be a welcome addition to the local successful dinning places for a very long time. read more

The food and service was amazing the price was definitely fair for the quality and quantity the only change I'd make to this place is maybe turn the tv down a little bit other than that it's still a 5 star place to eat . read more

The rivercrust Deli is TO DIE FOR!!!! The food is amazing from the smash burgers to the sandwiches to the pizza. It's all so delicious and so flavorful! RiverCrust Deli - Special Valentines Pizza - Delis Near Me - Riverside, California

After enjoying (really, really enjoying) their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, we decided to try their pizza. We ordered a large build your own; 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 Canadian Bacon and Pineapple (aka, Hawaiian style). The amount of pepperoni placed on 1/2 of the pie was enough to give it 5 stars but I soon found out its more than the pepperoni. The soft crust, their pizza sauce and the cheese (oh man the cheese!) was a combination I had not had in any modern day chain or restaurant. This is certainly a hidden gem. read more

I can't e explain how delighted I was the service I received. I placed an orders from out of state for a sick friend. Me and my coworkers work at the American Red Cross and had a meeting at Riverside at the headquarters in the area. The RiverCrust Deli is literally right next to the headquarters so it was convenient that we try this business. Parking is decent since it's shared with other businesses and the location is pretty easy to find. Once walking in you are greeted and the employees are very nice. It's not much to look at but the food makes up for it! I ended up ordering the TBA (Turkey Bacon Avocado) sandwich and my friend ended up ordering the Hot Pastrami. The business also gives military discount so that was a plus. Once we all ordered the employees offered to just drop off our order to our business for no extra charge! Great customer service and great food! I can see why this business has a perfect 5 stars! Keep it up guys!!! read more

So glad I found this spot! Everything that we have has been delicious including the pizza, wings, and sandwiches. Yum!

First time visiting this location. The Deli is smaller than you would expect and it may take a while to bring you your food. If in a hurry, i suggest ordering beforehand. The Deli has a variety of foods like sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and salads. Sandwiches and pizza were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I've had this place twice now and each time I forget to take a picture before I start eating & I think there's a reason for that lol This is definitely the best Philly I've had in a long, long time. From the moment you open the box (I get mine to go) it's already to die for lol the way they put the cheese ?! Idk, phenomenal. Speaking of phenomenal.. the bread. By far the softest, most perfect bread I've ever had with a Philly. The meat is cooked perfectly with the perfect flavor. And everything all together; just melts in your mouth. Literal perfection lol Location is tucked in the corner of a business industrial complex. Easy to find when using a maps app. read more

Walked in to an empty room and waited 15+ minutes for two hot sandwiches. There seemed to be several different employees appearing at different times, so I'm not sure what was going on. It was a little frustrating since we were in a hurry and hoped that sandwiches would be a quick in-and-out order. Some sandwich shops are really skimpy with the toppings, but not here -- these sandwiches were literally overflowing with meat and cheese. Both sandwiches also had a lot of sauce/spread on it, though a little more than we liked. It got a little goopy at the end. Overall, decent sandwich but it seems like service could be improved.
