I've been here a few times and the food has always been good. My wife was in the mood for a sandwich place for our lunch date so we came here. This time around I wanted a cold sandwich so I went the Italian sub and my wife went with the Philly cheese steak which she said was good. I also ordered the secret menu Philly Cheese steak fries which was pretty good. I hate to say it, but I didn't care for their Italian sub. Yes, the bread is super soft but it didn't do anything for this sandwich. I only ended up eating half, but ate the other half later on at night but i made my own additions. I added a slice of swiss, mayo and mustard and the sandwich turned out really good. This doesn't take away from the place because they have very good food in general, the service is great and the place is clean. Must try! read more

This is definitely a hidden gem as it is tucked away where people would not pass by on their commute! This location features indoor seating only with short tables. It's best to order ahead as this is a popular place for lunch! I came here mainly to try the the Philly cheesesteak because I had heard how amazing it was and WOW, did it deliver !!! It's truly the best cheesesteak I've ever had and I wished I had ordered two. The owner James told me he makes the bread fresh and it truly sets it apart from others ! I also tried the supreme pizza, bread sticks with dipping sauce, turkey club sandwich, smash burger AND a secret menu item : butter cake with fresh berry compote and vanilla ice cream. Fresh sandwich very flavorful, potato salad on the sweeter side but still delicious, pairs well with the TBA. Ordered a small cheesesteak pizza. It was hot and delicious but, for $15 and some change, it would have been nice to have more than a sprinkling of the steak; you could clearly see and taste the mushrooms but the steak was sorely lacking. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; it was tasty and the chipotle sauce was a nice touch to the pizza. I would buy it again, but I'll ask for them to be a little more generous with the steak topping, because who wants to spend $15 for some bread with cheese on top? read more

I went to Rivercrust Deli this past Tuesday night as a first-time customer excited to try the Italian sub. I got there at 6:45 pm to find the doors locked. There was no indication online nor on the door that their hours had changed for the day. I knocked on the door because I saw an employee inside. I did not receive any acknowledgement, not even the courtesy to tell me they were closing early for the night. I knocked again and the employee went to the back and started texting on his phone. When I called the lady on the phone was very friendly and took my order with ease! Unfortunately I didn't take pics of the food because we were just eager to try the pizza but we got a large pizza and some cheese breadsticks. The location of the shop is kinda hidden and I'll admit I got lost when gps said I had arrived. But after driving down just a little more down and there it is tucked in the corner. Inside is very clean with a few tables to sit at while you eat or wait for your order. The food was ready when I arrived and it was so hot that you can feel it through the box! The pizza has such an amazing flavor that made us eager to go back soon and try different topping combos. The breadsticks at first thought looked like they might lack a little flavor but I was wrong!
