It is an open space with all sorts of art supplies, tools, and just about anything your imagination can muster up. Lots of inspiration. I was hoping to make more than just one small block and have different supplies like fabric for printing. It was very therapeutic to carve my small block. The class felt a little scattered - but it was a very easy going environment, super relaxed. Our instructor was friendly and encouraged us to tap into originality without overthinking it instead of looking up patterns or inspo on our phone. I really liked that. And she offered us all coffee, freshly made. You can basically come in to do all the arts and craft your heart desires, on a donation basis. Affordable and unique way to release your artistic side without investing too much in all the supplies and then an abandoning a hobby. I'd come back with a friend and check out a different class.

She walked us step-by-step through the process. Now, I'm not a crafty person, but I was inspired enough by the ambiance and overflow of art supplies to get some creative juices flowing. At the end, I was able to create my own lanterns with some creative twists. I had a fun time and will recommend my crafty friends to check this place out!

Kim is also a certified personal fitness trainer and that really shows in her instruction. She takes the time to break down each move and explain the physics and offers lots of tips and encouragement to help you master them. You'll definitely feel comfortable taking a class from her no matter if you are 20 or 50. She brings many hoops to class each week for you to try out. You'll want to buy one the first night if you don't already have one! It's just THAT addictive. I often find myself shoulder hooping without a hoop. It's like when you step off a cruise ship and you can still feel the boat move for a week after you get home. The hoop becomes a part of you. Not a bad gig. ;)

They're super efficient, and if you get there early enough, the food comes out pretty quickly. They also usually have a daily specials menu, which is a great way to try more premium or fresh catches. Their temaki are made really well, with enough fish in each hand roll so that every bite feels balanced and delicious, which I really appreciate. My favorites are always the uni when they have it, the salmon with ikura, and the hamachi toro. Highly recommend Uroko for an affordable and satisfying temaki lunch.

Stay away. We spent around $3000 on paint when this team recommended that their paint was GREAT for…read morecabinets. Only after we purchased all the paint did we realize that they recommend a 17 day cure time. This makes it almost impossible to use the paint on cabinets or paint cabinet doors on both sides. We ended up having to let the cabinets dry over a month with a fan on it as they instructed and the paint is still sticky almost 3 months later. Every time we take something out of our pantry, the paint peels off and there are indentation marks from anything remotely heavy. Photo has one small example. And no, I'm not a DIY-er who doesn't know what they're doing. We had a very professional painter do the work. He even called them multiple times to make sure he was doing everything right. We ended up having to get the paint color matched at Benjamin Moore to complete the job because we couldn't jeopardize the custom cabinets we just spent tens of thousands on. Highly recommend just doing that. And silk and sage refuses to return our unused gallons. Don't believe them. Maybe their paint is better for the art in their store and maybe walls but not for actual use in real home projects.

It's the kind of place where you can slowly wander around and keep noticing new details in each piece. I never made it to their original location, but this new space is big and spacious, which makes it easy to take everything in. It feels open, welcoming, and thoughtfully laid out. After seeing everything, I'm definitely interested in coming back to try one of their workshops at some point. It seems like such a cool, hands-on experience.

I'm Spiritually curious and she was so genuine and open to chatting so it felt like it was a good vibe. I initially signed up for one the vision board workshops and an intro to tarot class. I'm so beyond happy that I did. The vision board class started with a tarot reading and then we all worked on our board together. I felt so connected to mine that I'm actually planning on framing it. We did the intro to tarot next which was a standalone class that can then be continued into the course. I loved how she explained the history of tarot and helped us analyze the cards. Intuition and interpretation sometimes need some guidance. I loved the class so much that I signed up for the full intro course (4 classes) and just completed it. I'm no expert, very much a novice but I feel confident in what I've learned so far. Monica is an amazing guide and teacher, she's open to hearing your interpretations and she has such a warm and welcoming presence. This is Laguna Gloria, and it features sculptures all outdoors. We ended up paying since we were already there. BUT Laguna Gloria is FREE on Thursdays. Other days is $10 pp and if you didn't pay in advance online, they can take payment at the gift shop. Though, I'm not sure how they enforce it because it looks like you can just pass by the gift shop and enter the park. As a former art student, I just wasn't that impressed or intrigued by the art. You have to walk a ways away to visit the next sculpture. They provide a map at the gift shop, but since I'm not good at geographic directions, I just allowed my husband to plan the walking route for us. We got to see all the sculptures (there aren't a lot...15?) In total, we were probably there for less than an hour. I didn't understand some sculptures. I saw a lonely, abandoned light pole covered with spiderwebs and joked to my husband, "look at this artwork!" It turns out, it was actually art because there's a sign next to it introducing the art piece and everything. Awkward. Anyway...appreciated walking around the grounds. My favorite is the crying Miffy fountain, which is one of the first things you see when you enter the grounds. Street parking only (unless you are an art student or staff there).

Then, 24 hours before the class, the chef updated the posting to notify attendees that the class would be run by Sur La Table. We have been to a class by Sur La Table and it was so bad we left 30 minutes into the class. I contacted CozyMeal to let them know about the bait & switch, and talked to them on chat. They refused to help. I have tried calling them, and they have not answered. This company is an absolute sham and only wants to take your money and run.
