I couldn't find anything to fit into my hectic schedule, so I simply picked a class that fit into my schedule that weekend. I was really nervous when I showed up. I REALLY lucked out. Stephen was great. I was dreading an all day class of stuffy and boring material. I wasn't bored and was engaged the whole entire time. I learned a great deal and the class was excellent. Highly recommended. His teaching methods really got the material to stick in my head (which is hard for me usually). I also enjoyed side conversations about the subject matter during the breaks. He also really got me thinking about things i've never thought about before. I have a great deal of homework, planning, and further education I need to work on! I will be back to take other classes for sure! I am so glad that I took my CHL class with them and not another instructor.

They've been able to excel and had more 1-on-1 help. Class sizes are smaller than regular public school classes. They definitely care about the kids. They want all the kids to succeed and push them to their academic limits. They have helped my guys get to where they are now and have been absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a more private school setting (ie: uniforms, smaller class sizes, more academic push) check out this school.. There has been changes but I can see they have a clear vision for where the school is going. Because she is very strict. I recommend asking questions before or after you drive... not during the lesson.

First, remember that the course content for the Texas MSF is exactly the same no matter which school you go to across the state: that's how DPS maintains consistency. So what you're looking for is the difference in teachers. I checked out all the providers I could get to easily - being in north Austin that's a half dozen or so. Based on the reviews and the website I thought Bryce over at The Ride Company was the right fit - man, did I make a good choice. First; he respects everyone and is always positive. In two half- days of training (roughly 12 hours) I never heard a negative thing out of his mouth, to me, or anyone else. He's respectful, calm and into teaching. When he needs to give you input he takes you aside - never in front of others! - and it's always couched in ways like "try it like this" or, "think about that." Always positive, always respectful. Second, if you're going to learn the foundations of riding (I can still hear him, "clutch first, then squeeeeeze the brake") why not learn from someone who loves riding and loves motorcycles and is excited about sharing his passion with others? Two wheels is fun - learn from someone who hasn't forgotten that. Really have no negatives to report - there were plenty of breaks from the brutal sun, plenty of 1:1 coaching and plenty of enthusiasm from Bryce. Like I said - the content is the same: it's the person who delivers it that makes a difference. Go see Bryce.

We booked a Mermaid three months in advance, and on the day of my daughter's 5th birthday, she was…read morea no-show. Mermaid Camila turned off her phone and stopped responding entirely. AquaMermaid attempted to send a replacement, but it was far too last minute to be helpful. I had to call AquaMermaid multiple times before anyone answered, as Camila's contact information was never provided beforehand. I also had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates. I had no idea no replacement had been found until I called for an update. This experience not only ruined my daughter's birthday but highlighted a serious lack of communication and professionalism. Truly disappointed. They will likely respond that they "provided me a full refund" but that's a minimum expectation when the services I paid for were not fulfilled.
