We moved here from another State 6 years ago and her elementary school made me aware she may have ADHD. My daughter was diagnosed and we addressed the focusing issue with the local brain balance center for 4 months with no medication. After, it was time to fill in the gaps of everything she had missed because of the focusing issues. Thankfully, we found Al and his staff. The team tested my daughter, found the gaps, and helped her get caught up. She is in 10th grade now making mostly As and some high Bs. She's been making As on the first try on several tests. She is even taking advanced English and doing well. She is also excelling in her Geometry class. Al and his staff really care about the kids. He talks to them about what they can do to improve in class and what to look for on tests/assignments to help them do better overall. Al also talks to the kids and parents regularly on their progress. Each month he'll let you know how they are doing, what they learned, and what they are focusing on next. If you have any specific concerns you can address them with Al and he'll incorporate it in the program. My daughter enjoyed going 3 times a week for 6 months and made friends with the kids in her group. She would be awarded gift cards when she would reach certain milestones. She loved it! The lack of transparency left us feeling misled and frustrated. It was over a 300 point increase from the year before, which is almost unbelievable. (I attached a picture of her "Accelerated Progress" chart in the photos section.) Heather and Mallik respond promptly to queries and are pleasant to work with, and there are regular reports to keep tabs on your child's progress. I had the chance of working with two different tutors (Heather & Reddy) - both of whom were excellent and did a really substantial job at helping me to UNDERSTAND the assignments that I brought in with me, rather than just doing the problems and hoping for the best later on. So if you're in college and need a private tutor, don't feel silly about calling this place up (although you may have a 5-year-old sitting behind you getting tutored as well occasionally ;). They will really help you to learn what I like to call Satan's Language - and that is Math.

The management is only focused on enrolling more kids, so existing kids are moved up to a different level class, even before they've had time to settle in their existing setup. The biggest red flag- they have extremely high attrition rate. The teachers are constantly changing...I am talking on the scale of 3 main classroom teachers leaving in 2 months and getting replaced by completely new faces. And it is not a one off thing. In the past year, my kid has stumbled through atleast 7-8 new teachers...( i am not talking about subs, i am talking about complete replacement of the face your kid is spending 8 hours with). There seems to be no stability in the young kids life in terms of classroom environment / teachers and friends. I strongly believe that there needs to be some level of consistency in a child's life, to prosper. Teachers quitting so frequently might also be a reflection of the management/their hiring policies in general.
