I highly recommend Austin GMAT review for all your business school needs. I took the GMAT prep course with Dr Amar and he is one of the best instructors I've had. He breaks the test down barney style and covers everything you need to know. Every question I found on a practice test and the real test is derived from concepts he taught. I ended up taking the course twice, as the first time I wasn't able put adequate effort into studying, because I was still in my undergraduate program. Be forewarned, if you do not do all of the homework's and periodically review previous concepts throughout the course you will be in for a rude awakening when you take the GMAT. Everything you need to know is in the course, but its your job to retain it. Dr. Amar was nice enough to allow me to repeat the course a second time and I ended up taking the executive assessment where I scored a 155 (82% percentile). In regards to the application consultant services provided by Elaine. I can't recommend her enough. I was on a tight schedule to apply to two programs within a couple weeks and she was able to fit me in. She spent countless hours helping me brainstorm for the essays, reviewing them, and editing them. The finished products were amazing. I routinely had conversations with her late into the night and she made her self available to me whenever possible. She was able to completely redo my resume for me and was able to identify things I didn't even think about putting on there. She also helped me with all of the short answer questions on the applications, how to enter my work experience and extra curriculars. As a veteran, I used ServiceToSchool to apply to my undergraduate program, and while my ambassador was awesome, there was definitely a stark difference in the ability to provide information about the programs. Elaine's experience with different programs was invaluable, since she's helped so many students apply to these programs, she was able to tell me things that I was not previously aware of, such as different opportunities and in depth knowledge about the cultures/career outcomes etc. Elaine's interview preparation was on point as well. She essentially nailed 95% of the questions that were going to be in the interview and helped me prepare my answers to them. The ones she didn't tell me verbatim were just slight deviations from what I prepped for and were easy to answer. Elaine's consultant services are truly all encompassing, whatever your needs or questions she will go above and beyond to help. I can't thank the Austin GMAT team enough. In conclusion, with Dr Amar's & Elaine's help I was able to get accepted to all the programs I applied too, (2x top 20, 1x top 10) with 50% scholarships.

The class helps you stay accountable to a study schedule as well, but you have to put time in effort in outside of the classroom to get the most out of the class. You spend 6 hours in class a week, and you should spend at least that amount of time outside of class studying as well. I put in a lot of effort in making sure that I paid attention to Dr. Amar's lessons, but I also came to class prepared and went over my practice tests before going to class as well. All in all, I'm very thankful for this experience. I was able to score a 172 on test day, and I don't think I would have been able to get there as quickly without Dr. Amar's assistance. Thanks Doc!

Seeing the classrooms in those pictures really brought back the memories. It's unfortunate that I have forgotten 90% of the French I learned here, but that isn't the schools fault. The LSAT was a true beast for me. It was so very hard. I was sitting at a 165. After working with…read moreRachel for half a year while working full time, I got a 173 on the real thing. I give Rachel a lot of credit for that. If you're like me, you take an online LSAT course, read several LSAT prep books, take a bunch of practice tests, then plateau in the low-160s. The LSAT did not come intuitively for me, and as all LSAT takers know, one question may translate to one or maybe even two points. So, if someone can give you a tip to help you get an additional question right, that literally translates to an extra point on the test. Below are several tips Rachel gave me specifically for what I struggled with: 1. A necessary assumption question's answer may also be a sufficient assumption; don't get confused. 2. For strengthening questions, Imagine you're giving a PowerPoint presentation trying to convince your audience of something. 3. Using shapes is a powerful method for attacking certain logic games. 4. Try doing LR questions backwards. For some people (like me), the psychological benefit of doing easier and easier questions as you move along may help. 5. For splitting game boards in LG, split them using rules that form the biggest "blocks". 6. For some people (like me), diagramming frequently in LR actually slows you down way too much. Rachel pointed that out to me; I never would've realized it. I never thought doing away with diagramming would actually increase my speed and accuracy. I imagine Rachel would give you different tips based on your specific weaknesses. After all, the tips above were provided to me based on my particular weaknesses she observed. Importantly, the LSAT is already a struggle, and you don't need a tutor who's just there to make some money on the side. Rachel is not like that. She shows up eager to help more than anything else. Rachel is pretty unique compared to most other tutors/prep companies. When I worked with her, it…read morewas the first time that I was taught completely different (and more intuitive) ways of studying that weren't just derivatives of powerscore. All of the tutors that I discussed with before had their individual methods, but at the end of the day they were all just repackaged techniques developed by the big companies (like powerscore, manhattan prep, etc.) The thing about Rachel is that she doesn't fight the qualities that make an individual student unique; she embraces them and develops strategies that consider the quirks of a student & turns them into an advantage. For instance, when I was just starting out with Rachel my studying habits were all over the place. In particular, I had a tendency to hyper-focus on mundane/unimportant parts of the text. To combat this, Rachel didn't just tell me to "stop doing that"(which is typically what everyone else says); rather she worked with my bad habit and turned it into an advantage. She worked with me to utilize hyper-focusing for speeding up my processes with the easier material while also helping me form strategies to redirect this focus when things go south, which are all based on a very simple framework of attacking questions. I didn't have a very solid strategy for studying reading comprehension before, but now I actually have something that works for me that isn't one of the cookie cutter methods that most companies teach. I've been able to identify and break many bad habits, as well as learn to use my ADHD specific "powers" to their advantage rather than detriment. I honestly think I would have plateaued at 165 if it wasn't for her, her pin-point accuracy for detecting my problems were unreal. I've always been wary of tutors as a self-studier, but Rachel is just built different.

At the Round Rock AW Grimes campus, Liz continued that same tradition of excellence. She was always accommodating, compassionate, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children and families she served. Now, years later, I have re-enrolled my daughter Hana at the Hyde Park campus, and I was thrilled to discover that Ms. Brenda is currently serving as interim principal there. My family was part of the INIC community for nearly four years. I sent both of my daughters there…read moreas infants and previously left a 5-star review. I would have enthusiastically recommended this school. Today, I cannot. The issue is not the teachers. The teachers have been exceptional and are the reason so many families choose this school. Despite years of tuition increases and persistent concerns from teachers and families, the school has not made the investments necessary to retain them. In early March alone, at least 7 teachers left or announced their departures--nearly 20% of the teaching staff by parents' count. Both of my daughters experienced unexpected teacher departures in their classrooms during that same period. For young children, teachers are not interchangeable. They are trusted caregivers and a critical source of stability. When teachers leave, children lose important relationships and families are left helping them navigate yet another transition. During enrollment, families are told classrooms are staffed with a lead teacher, an assistant teacher, and additional flex staff available for coverage. In reality, my oldest daughter's classroom frequently operated at the legal minimum ratio of one teacher for fifteen four-year-olds. Multiple current and former teachers described being unable to reliably use sick days, vacation days, or even take basic bathroom breaks because there was often insufficient coverage available. When a school is staffed so leanly that teachers struggle to meet basic human needs during the day, it raises serious questions about how well both teachers and students are being supported. Teachers reported compensation in the $14-$17/hour range despite bilingual education being one of the school's primary differentiators. Comparable non-bilingual childcare positions in Austin often advertise higher wages. The result is predictable: teachers leave. Children lose stability. Families absorb the consequences. Demand for bilingual childcare in Austin far exceeds supply, and many families have few realistic alternatives once enrolled. Given that reality--and given that tuition has continued to increase year after year--I expected a greater commitment to investing in the teachers and staffing stability that families are ultimately paying for. Parents who attempted to ask questions and advocate for improvements--including efforts to reestablish the PTA--often received little to no response. While our family's relationship with the school ultimately ended following disagreements with leadership about these issues, the concerns described here are based on nearly four years of experience and conversations with numerous current and former teachers and families. The teachers are the school's greatest strength. The challenge is whether the school will make the investments necessary to retain them long enough to provide the stability and continuity that young children deserve.

It's about the people who manage INIC, particularly Yvonne Morales and Helena Diaz Gracian. When we enrolled our child, Yvonne told us on more than one occasion, there was a promotion offering 25% off for the first two months. That discount was a big factor in our decision to choose INIC over another daycare, given the large price tag parents are expected to spend for childcare. However, after the first month, we were charged full price. Only after repeated attempts to address the issue, was the discount applied the second month. On the third month, we were charged full price and told the discount was only for one month. They admitted the mistake of giving wrong information, but refused to honor what we were promised. The kicker? At the time of us trying to get them to honor their word, they were running the exact promotion they refused to give us. We tried repeatedly to resolve it, emailing, calling, and even speaking with staff in person. Each time we were told someone would get back to us, but nobody ever did. Eventually, they said there was nothing they could do and still charged us full price. They refused to make it right. Being lied to, and then ignored after trying so hard to get a fair resolution, was incredibly disappointing. It made us feel disrespected and taken advantage of, especially after trusting them with our child's care. In the end, not only did they fail to honor their word, they were dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. This was the worst administrative experience we've ever had. The teachers are fantastic, but the management's dishonesty and lack of accountability completely ruined our trust.

During the pandemic they provided a vital service for many parents and were able to keep their employees and children enrolled stay safe and healthy! Our child loved every class they were in, and the teachers were always very personable but professional with us and (from what we saw) the children! If we ever need childcare again we will definitely utilize their services, and definitely recommend as they are a family owned and operated Austin business!

Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here. We will truly miss the staff and all they have done for our daughter. They have made such a big impact on our daughter's and our lives and we hope we've made a lasting impression as well.

I get a call from daycare stating my child had slapped a teacher at 4:50pm during nap time. On…read morethe way home, I explained to my child we do not hit teachers. That is not a nice thing to do. We keep our hands to yourself. Well then my daughter proceeds to tell me the teacher squeezed me and it hurt my heart. When she tells me this she sounded sad and hurt. I went into panic mode asking what does that mean? Like you couldn't breathe or were you in pain? I said when we get home, demonstrate to me and your dad what happen. Well we get home and ask more questions, she said momma sit down, I sit down and she sits in between my legs. She said momma push your legs together like this. She said squeeze me, that's what the teacher did to me. So I said did it hurt? she said yes my heart. So when I dropped her off I told the director, I need a meeting. She asked is everything ok, I said yes and no. I didn't want to give her too much info because I didn't want to lose camera footage. They are known to lose footage or they can not play it back. We have our meeting the next day. I explained to her what happened and told her I want to see the cameras. She explains they are live streamed and aren't able to play it back. So happen the area manager was there. I said what do you mean you can't play them back and so what is the point of having them? So she takes me to the area manager to explain the process of the cameras. She asked what do I want to see. I said a teacher squeezed my daughter and she asked for the teachers name. We go over what happened. They explain I understand if I was in your shoes I would be a concerned parent too and I don't think that teacher would do that. I know you and your family have been here since ******* was a baby. Our priority is to make sure your child is safe but we also want to advocate for our teachers too. They tried to reassure me but it didn't work. The director writes my statement, stated they would question the teacher and get her statement, then they would turn this into licensing, licensing would then investigate the school and then licensing would reach out to me to question the situation. They said in the mean time we will keep this teacher and your daughter in separate rooms. I'm still upset because my child has been here since she was 6 months old and it was like they didn't care. At that point my child turned into a number. We wrap up the meeting. My daughter wanted to go home with her dad, so we go get her things and as we are walking out, my daughter points to the wall and said that's the teacher that squeezed me. Mind you she is on the wall for teacher of the month. So I told myself submit the situation yourself. So I go on the website for daycare abuse and submitted a report. Well when I submitted it, I didn't get a confirmation email or anything. So I find out licensing came to daycare but no one was telling me anything. So then I go back to state website and call the 800 number. That same day licensing reaches out to me. We are talking and she's asking questions. She says something that triggers that she is going off my report. I said what? I said wait you didn't get a report from daycare, she said no. I receive this from an online report. I said you came on Monday and I asked them if you came. They were acting like they submitted the report like they were helping. They didn't want to report this because they were already under an investigation. At that point before I had talked to licensing something told me to pull my daughter out and I did. I went in to get a document signed and the director says Brie's not here, is she coming tomorrow, I said nope and then she asked is she coming Friday? I said nope and she then say is she coming back at all and I said nope. She said did you tell anyone. I said I was getting to that. I said my daughter will not be back and she then hands me the withdrawal form. I signed the form and left. I wasn't going to keep my daughter here. The trust from this facility was gone after they didn't report to licensing, my daughter would say she hated this school or she was scared to go in. I couldn't do it. She had went through 5-6 teachers alone in preschool. She doesn't even acknowledge the school when we pass it. That should tell you something. She use to say that's my school. Trust me, it hurt to make that decision because she also had friends she grew up with since they were 6 months old but I did not feel safe leaving her there with her comments.
