Strongly recommend fired up solutions! I was in a huge pinch and I needed to get my cpr certification in two days for a job. After calling all over town only to get the runaround, I so happen to luck into Eli Santiago with fires up solutions. He was extremely accommodating and moved his schedule around to fit my schedule. I ended up calling Eli the day of at 7:00 am to try to fit some friends in last minute. He answered on the first ring and was extremely hospitable with the idea of adding participants. He found out my wife and I were expecting so he also went over child cpr. Dude must moonlight as a stand up comedian because he kept the group cracking up through the whole presentation, but was still able to emphasize the seriousness of possible emergencies. This was by far the best most informative, fun and engaging BLS class I've ever taken! My BLS certification was expiring in 2 days and being a health care worker you can't work without it. I went online and found an AHA certified class being given by Eli Santiago. Registered online, got a response back within 30 minutes and I was set for my class the next day. This class took place in his home with a small group which gave it a feel of a more personalized and relaxed type of instruction. He shares his many years of experience as a firefighter and EMT and incorporates that into the class. He is very knowledgable, professional and a great instructor. I will certainly be referring my coworkers and friends to Fired Up Solutions. It was fantastic! Moving forward, if possible I will never do a traditional BLS class again. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Eli in a class that I was instructing. As a fellow instructor it's great to see other instructors getting training beyond their general certifications. As a student he was completely engaged in the topic so I can imagine how much passion he puts into his own courses. He was friendly with the other students which put them at ease. This made for a very productive learning session. Every student began asking important questions and were engaged in the learning process. It just wasn't hours of me talking or students looking at a power point. There are tons of people that feel they know a topic, but very little can explain it so it can be absorbed. My overall impressions are that this isn't an issue for Eli. His ability to convey his message is what I look for in an instructor. read more

I found out about Fired Up Solutions through the American Heart Association website. When I went to his website I looked at his reviews and there were 5 stars all across the board. I was impressed and scheduled it for the very next day. It was really easy, I spoke with him over the phone to clarify a few things and he answered all of my questions. His house was really easy to find, GPS took me straight there. I also found out he is a retired firefighter and Veteran. Mr. Santiago is very knowledgeable and he cares so much about teaching us correctly and making sure we understand. Normally in CPR classes you're left extremely bored, but he has a way of keeping everyones attention through humor and witty jokes. I left his class feeling very confident. I don't typically do reviews but felt my experience with Eli's CPR training warranted one. The experience was exceptional. I'm used to receiving training from a relative who no longer provides the CPR course. I found Eli who offered to provide one on one training out of his residence, and accommodated my schedule by offering the training on a Saturday morning. His training was insightful and fun. It's clear Eli is passionate about what he does, and knows the information inside and out. He opened his home for the training and made myself and my husband feel very comfortable. Took the BLS for health care providers course today. It was essentially a one a one class which provided me with a lot more instruction and real life anecdotes than I'd imagine you get in most courses. Eli the instructor was awesome .
