I'm not a wine snob, but Troon is Demeter Biodynamic and Regenerative Organic Gold Certified (only one of four in the world). The Amphora Amber Vermentino (orange) was good and the Tannat was awesome. They do small batch so many of the reds had already sold out. Our server, Kitty, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines, the process, and the uniqueness of each variety. We were blown away! She paced the tastings perfectly. Service improved after the place started to die down, but not a great start to the meal especially after waiting so long at the front.
