After a donation trip to Goodwill, I decided to treat myself to a breakfast sandwich and saw this place had a lot of great reviews. I can happily join in and say I really enjoyed my sandwich! I ordered a Taylor ham (pork roll), egg and provolone cheese on an onion bagel. I ended up eating the sandwich in two parts because I was so full in the morning from just one half. I feel it was a great value, and I'll absolutely have to come back again!

What an amazing bagel shop. Service is top tier. Everyone is welcoming and smiling. The bacon egg and cheese was delicious and they were generous with the amount of bacon ! Everything was cooked to perfection. Cute small shop to stop by and get your breakfast and go. No seating that I saw available

If one wants to get their bagel fix, then this is the place located in Fair Lawn. Greeted by the staff, my partner and I arrived today for a small bite at River Road Hot Bagels. Their bagels are daily made on-site and have a lot of options. There's a lot of foot traffic as it is takeout only with no seating indoors. Greeted upon arrival, we decided on a wheat bagel with plain cream cheese and a salt bagel with vegetable cream cheese. The bagels were light, fluffy with a decent crisp, good size, and tasty. The counter staff is fast, courteous, and accurate. Price is comparable to the area. We were first-timers today but won't be our last, as we can recommend this place.

Finally made my way over to River Road Bagels. I've been reading a lot about it online and had a day off and made the drive. First positive....... Parking lot of their own in a busy street. That's HUGE!. I'll admit, I was nervous at first. My sandwich was done and bagged before my wallet was back in my pocket. I'm thinking..... How can this be. So service was also off the hook fast. Now for the goods. EXTREMELY good. Eggs were cooked over medium. So just a slight, slight run to them. Done perfectly. Excellent cheese ratio at the top along with a slightly charred Taylor Ham. 100% well worth the drive. If you're even close to the area, I would recommend this breakfast sandwich all morning and day long.

    Perfection.

Delicious & Delightful. Really words don't explain the full experience. Bagels fresh off the press. staff who smile and are super productive. A solid experience start to finish. Best bacon egg and cheese I've ever had. Bacon was crispy and overall was soooooo good with each bite. Fresh cinnn raisin bagels were next level. Patrons were mix of regular and new and so kind. Beyond impressed. Thank you.

Really great bagels! A warm soft chewy everything bagel with scallion cheese was what I came in for. You order bagels on the left, and everything from the grill on the right. I heard a man order a Taylor ham egg and cheese, and became curious. The very nice woman helping me said she could make mine a Taylor. I said sure. Only took a couple extra minutes. Paid and took it to go. Once I opened my wrapper, I realized it wasn't a Taylor ham egg and cheese, but only Taylor ham on my scallion cheese smeared everything bagel. It was a little over seven dollars, so I'm not sure what went wrong, but it was good even without the egg and cheese. I guess I'll have to come back and get the real deal next time.

Generally, I love coming here! This is my favorite bagel spot in Northern Jersey. Ambiance: (4/5) It cramped but it's not really a sit down restaurant, so I don't mind. Price: (4/5) Great price for amazing bagels. Keep in mind there is a extra 4% charge for credit cards. Food: (4/5) Bagels are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The bacon egg and cheese is my favorite menu item. Service: (5/5) The line always moves quickly even when there is a rush. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place!

This location always usually has a long line. The do have a good system where they have the cold sandwiches go to one side and the grill sandwiches to another. Their bagels are average. I do think they are pricey. It was nearly $7 for 1 regular bagel and 1 mini bagel.. both with cream cheese. I understand inflation but that's a bit much!

    Everything bagel

River road hot bagels is my go to bagel shop. I change up what I order everytime and it never disappoints. They are very fast and get you out quick. Whenever I bring someone bagels from here, they rave about how delicious the bagels are.

Phenomenal bagels. Always hot and fresh. The lox spread is delicious and the mini bagels are just right for kids.

There are SO many different drinks to choose from that sometimes it takes a little extra time to figure out what you want. The inside of the cafe is SO cute and seriously, cozy. There is a back section of tables, and a few tables and comfy chairs in the front when you first walk in. I have been here a couple of times now, but wish I could visit more often. They do coffee flights and that is why they get 5 stars. I wish more coffee places would do flights. It's such a fun experience and it's so awesome to be able to try more than one coffee. I like to try all their fun and festive drinks. From girl scout cookie flavors to candy bars, to just a delicious Pistachio Latte. If I'm hungry I will also purchase the everything croissant with chive cream cheese. It is the *chefs kiss*. My daughter also loves the bakery items here. She will usually grab the chocolate croissant (warmed up of course). I also bought my son a cake pop last time, which he devoured. You really can't go wrong when you swing by CoZie Cafe. Surprisingly, the diner was not busy (maybe half full) on a Saturday at around lunchtime. I found this somewhat odd. The restaurant is basically the diner counter and then a line of booths along the wall, so there is not too much seating overall. I would imagine it could get filled up very quickly. The food was very good overall: - Chicken parmesan sandwich was huge and well-crafted. - The eggs blackstone was very tasty - the hollandaise melded surprisingly well with the avocado and egg. I would imagine that the California benedict (the version with bacon) would taste very good as well. - Kids loved the pancakes, especially the chocolate ones.

Since Yemeni coffee and tea options aren't common for everyone, they take the time to explain the menu and answer questions, which I really appreciated. However, the Adeni Chai was the only saving grace of the visit. It was flavorful and well made, but the coffee was a massive disappointment. I tried the Jubani after the staff described it as a delicious light-roasted coffee packed with caffeine, but in reality, it tasted like bland cardamom water with absolutely no coffee flavor or body. It felt like I was just drinking hot spiced water. The atmosphere was also a major issue as there was no seating available whatsoever. The crowd was mostly of Middle Eastern descent and many were incredibly rude; people will bump right into you and not say a word. Even worse was the way some customers spoke to the workers, it was absolutely deplorable. Honestly, who raised you? It was uncomfortable to witness. The dessert selection was even worse. Most of what we ordered felt stale and old. The only thing worth eating was the bubble dessert with cheese because they actually toast it. We tried both the pistachio milk cake and the pistachio dream cake, and neither was impressive. The khattafi in the pistachio dream was the biggest letdown; it was so stale and bland I can't believe they actually put it out to sell when it was clearly weeks if not months old. The basboosa was also a disappointment, as it was a very small square of semolina cake for almost $5. Overall, It is not a good place for coffee or desserts, so if you do go, stick strictly to the Adeni chai.
