You always leave feeling comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. The one-star review is for the sole reason that I'm not returning to my previous waxing provider, which comes down to management response, or lack thereof, on two separate occasions. The first issue occurred over nine months ago when the Upland location closed. I was unable to get a refund for the remaining balance on my account. When I called this location to ask if I could at least use the funds toward product purchases, the manager never followed up. The second issue happened just this past week. I brought to their attention that the stepping stool (used to get onto the waxing table) has always been filthy. I was told this was not a priority, as there were "more important areas" to focus on. For those unfamiliar, clients sometimes remove their shoes before stepping onto the table for a bikini wax, which makes the cleanliness of that stool especially important.
