I spoke with Vince on the phone and he apologized for the inappropriate behavior from one of his employees on the phone. Apparently she was just standing in for him and he is the full-time manager. While it was disappointing to be treated that way over the phone, I do feel that Vince did his due diligence to make it right and accommodate me appropriately. Henry did my French tip pedicure and Emily did my acrylic French manicure. Both of them are a pleasure. I have had them in the past and I always enjoy good conversation with them. And they are great with French tip. No complaints. Emily always makes me laugh! Even though I had a bad experience on the phone, I still genuinely enjoy my experience here. They have good promos every now and again. They always do a good job. And outside of that one experience, I have always had great experiences here.
