The buffet looked great with grilled ribs, fried chicken, green, dressing, salad bar, several other vegs. The ribs were great and they had a homemade BBQ sauce to go with the ribs. I laid in with the ribs while wifey worked thru almost 1/2 chicken. Couple disappointments: grilled pork chops brought out after 12 noon and border line dry but very flavorable, desserts were punny, and a touch expensive about $12 a person with drink. They opened one in Florida and when we visited we were just not as impressed and decided we probably wouldn't go back unless it was the original one. While on vacation again, we noticed Vicious Biscuit on the map and decided to give it another try. I'm so glad we did because the food was spot on and delicious. I got the Vicious and my husband got the Flame Thrower. The biscuits are buttery, flaky, and flavorful. Both of ours came with a cheddar jalapeño biscuit and they were exactly as we had remembered when we visited the OG Vicious Biscuit. The chicken, the cowboy candy, and gravy on mine were perfect. The chicken, cowboy candy, and candied bacon on my husband's were equally excellent. Great job on making us wanting to visit again! Vicious Biscuit is once again a stop we'll be looking for on our next road trip!
