They have a pretty set menu for the different days of the week with something very good everyday. My favorites were always the poppyseed chicken, gumbo and crawfish chowder. With a new preacher coming to town I wanted to take him to good restaurant that he would be impressed by. What better place than PCB&D. First we were welcomed by Roslyn with a warm and friendly welcoming. Reviewing the many options for a new customer. New preacher settled in on the salad bar and a panini sandwich while I went with my fav of poppyseed chicken and salad bar. Both meals were outstanding as expected.
