Last year, I proudly named Mudbugs my pick for the Best Crawfish in Mobile, and to be fair, they're still holding it down when it comes to juiciness, flavor, and size this season. That said, I have to talk about quality and cleanliness. For this price point and reputation, I expect better attention to detail. My Breakdown: * Flavor & Size: 5/5 * Cleanliness & Quality: 2/5 Still love the flavor and the heat, but consistency matters. I'll definitely be back--but I'm hoping next time I won't have to sort through seaweed and dead crawfish.
