Again, I went to customer service online and filed my report, only to be told that I had to go through their Customer Service 800 number. I called customer service and reached their "new AI assistant", who informed me that I had to return the opened potato salad package to the store if I wanted credit. I will say I haven't had many issues with Walmart delivery and I usually order every couple weeks or so. This time, however, was nothing but hassles and an additional hassle to get credit on an item that had been opened and eaten out of! If Walmart can't trust what I tell them issues on my order, I'm not going waste any more time by going to the store, standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes at the return desk, only to receive a five dollar credit on container of opened potato salad. I should know better, Customer Service is an oxymoron at Walmart.

They put me on hold to speak with their manager, and when they came back on line, they literally shouted "KEYSTONE ONLY" and hung up the phone before I could respond. I thought I was accidentally disconnected so I called right back. The same person answered... she gave no hello - there was no "Thanks for calling Savemart". She said "You're the one with the _______?" I corrected her and said, "No, that is something entirely different," and took 10 seconds to explained what it was again. She did not hear what I said, cut me off, and said "my manager said Keystone only!" Again, she didn't wait for me to get off the phone and hung up the phone on her last breath. He even explained to me how the muscles are formed and how it matters where you get a shot in the arm in order to make it as pain free as possible. When asked, he further patiently explained the probable reason why I may have felt more of a stinging sensation with the flu vaccine that I received a couple weeks prior by someone else. Between our vaccination experiences here and our interactions when getting prescriptions filled by various staff, we are super pleased with this Safeway Pharmacy.
