Military vet referred here to pick up medication. First visit was a nightmare nothing was ready…read moreeven though they called and said it was. Then I didn't recieve my entire order so I had to come back. So they called me and said things were ready. They were not. Now they don't know what to give me even though I already paid for it and was told I didn't need my reciept they would have it ready. In the end the owner pharmacist was super rude and asked me why I was there and not to come back beause my order was to difficult to fill. So I was refused service not because he wasn't capable to fill the order it was that the supplies were to much of an inconvenience to order. He was rude and acted like it was my fault. Don't go there go anywhere else. Please.

OGP needs to do a better job and look. Maybe they need to slow down.

This Walmart used to have nice workers and a clean atmosphere, but now you can't tell whose working…read moreand whose a customer. A few days ago I walked in and the entrance was covered in garbage and inside the store was no better. I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing.

Went to the Walmart Pharmacy to pick it up, and was told my insurance company would not authorize payment till the next day. So I said never mind, I will pay for it myself. Not sure if that is even legal, but I am now using a different pharmacy, and will never use Walmart again.

DIANE IN THE PARHARMACY WAS A DREAM TO WORK WITH. She turned that place around unbelievably so. Incredible woman, memory of ten elephants, she cared, she did everything possible to help. Why the hell did they not meet her requests to stay? IDK She asked to a long time, she was such a valuable asset to their store. (NO she is not a personal friend, just a good damn pharmacist) The very first refill I got since she left, was incorrect. THE FIRST ONE! Thats how I found out she had left. They apologized and explained, they no longer had a manager nor a pharmacist!!! I am boycotting Safeway again. I suggest you go to OWL Pharmacy, she is now there at CMC.
