Most of the workers are friendly & helpful, very much part of the community. Almost always walk out smiling. My only gripe is asking for a few items to be added, having heard that those requests could be made. The woman I told didn't write anything down, & none of them have appeared despite being from the same distributors and/or companies. I still think it's one of the two best grocery stores in Okanogan.

However lately everything seems to have gotten just a little bit worse. It's a customer service business but none of the workers seem happy to work/help you. Service with a smile? Yeah right. They never greet you--even as a formality--anytime you ask a question it's as if you're putting them out. It's not very welcoming, the scooters are slow, self checkout cashiers don't really pay attention/don't seem to know what they're doing, and the workers here always looked melancholic.

OGP needs to do a better job and look. Maybe they need to slow down.
