A few days ago I walked in and the entrance was covered in garbage and inside the store was no better. I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing.

Now they don't know what to give me even though I already paid for it and was told I didn't need my reciept they would have it ready. In the end the owner pharmacist was super rude and asked me why I was there and not to come back beause my order was to difficult to fill. So I was refused service not because he wasn't capable to fill the order it was that the supplies were to much of an inconvenience to order. He was rude and acted like it was my fault. Don't go there go anywhere else. Please.

Thank goodness for that. Otherwise this Riteaid probably would not be open. Riteaid has been my pharmacy go to for over 30 years. With the lack of resources in the area, i.e. pharmacist. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. This is the best grocery store in gf. They have excellent customer service. They go out of their…read moreway to help find things, always friendly. They special order things in. No hassle returns. They price match without attitude. They bag (no charge for bags) your groceries and put them in the cart for you, and they know how to put things in bags (not too heavy, heavy things not on top of bread, bananas away from frozen...) They help you to your car if you have lots or heavy items. And the only store that I have seen that will actually give you an item free up to $10 off if the price scans in wrong, and has it posted, even if the customer doesn't know it's a law. Other stores Will get mad and pissy with the customer if you mention it. Also they don't have to call a manager for every little override, like other stores in gf. They trust their cashiers!
