I picked up an awesome Mezcal this week which was a wonderful surprise. Getting good Mezcal around the valley is seemingly impossible. They also have the local Chelan favorite Blue Spirits Distilling items which are only available in Leavenworth/Chelan right now. Their lime tequila, cucumber vodka and grapefruit vodka are cold distilled and fantastic. Nice to see a local place with higher-end choices and friendly local owners! They have nice outdoor seating and are being very responsible during the pandemic - requiring masks, contactless ordering etc. We got a flight of 3 1/2 oz pours and then decided to get the flight of "cocktails" (1/2 oz versions of whisky sour, Manhattan and old fashioned). We asked him about the funkiest cheeses and he knew everything about them. My wife wanted a good cheddar and he gave us some recommendations and gave us a couple of samples. Which was nice! Some people are to timid to ask. But how can you know what you want if you haven't tried it? We weren't looking to buy cheese tonight, but after talking to the gentlemen we decided we don't just have to, we want to. We ended up buying a piece of a cheddar infused with chives, which is some of the best cheddar we've ever had in our lives! Give that man a raise! We will be back tomorrow
