A few days ago I walked in and the entrance was covered in garbage and inside the store was no better. I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing.

The girls are very kind and knowledgeable. It sucks that they don't have a pharmacist right now. But they do have a couple of people that do come and work there during the week. Thank goodness for that. Otherwise this Riteaid probably would not be open. Riteaid has been my pharmacy go to for over 30 years. With the lack of resources in the area, i.e. pharmacist. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has done such a great job at helping everyone that comes to their counter. I know it can be hard. Hang in there all of you. Thanks Diane and Jerry and all the rest that work there. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed.

What a wonderful "blast from the past" to walk into Ritzville Drug today! I haven't been in a…read moredrugstore like this since I was a kid living in Fircrest, WA back in the 70s. It's the quintessential small-town drugstore filled with every kind of sundry, medical item or personal care stuff of all sorts, gifts, toys, greeting cards, yarn and knitting supplies, paints and hobby items of many kinds, and a neat-as-a-pin pharmacy in the far corner. Gifts of all kinds abound - lots of really cool stuff scattered all throughout the nicely arranged shop. They even have a small jewelry counter, just like the one in the Fircrest drugstore all those years ago, when I bought my 5th grade girl a pretty necklace. Even the smells inside trigger memories of that long-gone shop of my past. But the best part is this one still exists and seems to be doing well. We made sure to make a number of purchases and a few small gifts for friends back home and for future trips will always make a point to stop in to take a break from the road. If you're reading this from I90, take a break and stop in. I'm not connected in any way other than wanting to share what I discovered today. You won't regret wandering Main Avenue and popping into this and all the other awesome little shops and stores on Main. Happy to vote a full 5 Yelp Stars.

I waited on hold for two days, with the same message coming on "there are three callers ahead of you". Those three callers must have been pissed to wait over two days and still be in the line waiting for an answer. Service here is not acceptable and should be changed. My doctor sent a prescription over to Wallgreens over a month ago and they still claim they never got it. I believe it is time to change pharmacy.

Would give no stars. I went in to buy my 80-year-old mother 2 cane tips. Paid and left. She found…read morethem cheaper somewhere else, so she returned them in less than 2 hours after I got them. When she went to get her money back, the lady said I need your card. I did not pay with a card; I paid cash, and here is my receipt. I asked for a manager, and she was rude, saying it was over 10 dollars and she needed my driver's lic. The lady I was returning the item to was of Hispanic descent, and my mother could not understand her very well. The manager, Lisa, said we are an equal opportunity employer. Hmmm, my mom didn't say anything about the race, but the manager did. Never been racist a day in my life. SO if Lisa is not the manager, then she is claiming to be one. Upgrade your team, because this was a horrible experience for an 80-year-old. Way to lose customers.

The Customer Service Center is quick and knowledgeable. Even the Vision Center employees are fabulous. The entire store excels at customer service and is always clean and organized.

But this Walmart is so nice! The view is stunning, the store is organized and clean, and the associates were all so kind. We had an issue with payment due to Apple Pay not being available at this store and Walmart Pay having technical difficulties, which we did not discover until it was time to checkout. Customer service was kind enough to hold on to our items while we ran to our cabin and back to get another form of payment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Wish this was our local Walmart!
