Thank goodness for that. Otherwise this Riteaid probably would not be open. Riteaid has been my pharmacy go to for over 30 years. With the lack of resources in the area, i.e. pharmacist. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has done such a great job at helping everyone that comes to their counter. I know it can be hard. Hang in there all of you. Then I didn't recieve my entire order so I had to come back. So they called me and said things were ready. They were not. Now they don't know what to give me even though I already paid for it and was told I didn't need my reciept they would have it ready. In the end the owner pharmacist was super rude and asked me why I was there and not to come back beause my order was to difficult to fill. So I was refused service not because he wasn't capable to fill the order it was that the supplies were to much of an inconvenience to order. He was rude and acted like it was my fault. Don't go there go anywhere else. Please.

A few days ago I walked in and the entrance was covered in garbage and inside the store was no better. I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing.

We had an issue with payment due to Apple Pay not being available at this store and Walmart Pay having technical difficulties, which we did not discover until it was time to checkout. Customer service was kind enough to hold on to our items while we ran to our cabin and back to get another form of payment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Wish this was our local Walmart!
