On top of that, she seems to invent her own rules. If she doesn't personally approve of a medication -- weight-loss prescriptions, ADHD meds like Ritalin or Adderall, etc. -- she'll find a technicality to delay or refuse the fill. One especially troubling tactic: refusing prescriptions from out-of-area physicians. UCSB students, beware. After too many negative interactions, my family and I finally moved all of our prescriptions elsewhere. The contrast in service was immediate.
