About 20 minutes later, I was paged to pick up my prescription. I paid, walked out, and only when I opened it in my car did I see they had given me exactly the brand I had asked them NOT to give me. When I went back to point out their mistake, I was told it was my fault for not checking before paying, as if it was unreasonable to assume they were competent enough to follow clear instructions I had given less than 20 minutes earlier. I asked what the point of talking to the pharmacist on this request if it was going to be ignored and the blame pushed onto the patient. They had no answer. They THEN informed me that the brand I had requested wasn't necessarily in stock and had to be a special order, none of which they told me when I first walked up. So they still filled knowing it wasn't the one that I requested. They let me pay knowing this, knowing I couldn't get it back. I'm now having to open a case with my bank because I do consider this a form of fraud. Now I understand why this place only has two stars. It's not because customers are being picky, it's because this team simply doesn't follow directions, and clearly doesn't take responsibility. If they can't get something this basic right, I'd be very worried about trusting them with any serious medication.

Not just the Pharmacist Team, but the two guys at check out, Hudson and Connor, are also very helpful with finding items and good conversation at the register. Their selection of products for all aches and pains is ideal, and their specialty home care and mobility products is life saving. Now adays we tend to only shop online for these products, but it's nice to have these folks to talk to and get all our questions answered in person. Their pricing seems pretty competitive with online or other drug stores, and it's their personal touch that is invaluable.

Understanding that this is a high stress job, it sometimes helps to have empathy and compassion for our pharmacists, trying to get their jobs done dealing with challenges and obstacles, and in my certain circumstance, a computer glitch with the system that caused everything to look completely wrong, and it was very stressful, stressful for me, and although I was stressing, Kerim Outstanding bedside manner, made me feel instantly, like I was in good hands, and his choice to actually go the distance and investigate the issue , caused me to feel like he was taking what was causing this issue seriously, as we all depend on certain medication's. I switched all my business to CVS. Over the last several years, CVS gets busier and busier and the lines get longer. Meanwhile, Rite Aid has had a major remodel and looks like it's always empty. So, a month ago, I wasn't able to book a same-day appt for a CVS flu shot and since I was up there anyway, I asked if it would be possible to get one. The attendant at the counter told me she'd have to ask the pharmacist and wait. I watched her help the next 2 people in line and then ask the CVS pharmacist. It was easy to read the pharmacist's lips when he spoke to the counter worker. "Who is it?" he asked, adding "we've already got some vaxxers waiting." She indicated my husband and me and he looked over at us and sneered "No" as he looked us up and down like a Studio 54 bouncer. So, we hopped in the car and drove across the street to Rite Aid, where we walked right in and got 2 flu shots without waiting or being sneered at.
