But I was early and there was only one intake person. The nursing staff there was truly wonderful. The compassionate Julie made sure I was comfortable and explained what would happen. I was nervous and she made me feel much less anxious, joking around and just being kind. Mona the anesthesiologist was friendly and thorough about what her role was and what kind of meds were going to be put in my drip line. And nurse Cindy was there when I woke up and she was also VERY kind and helpful. I've had surgery before, and sometimes medical staff are burnt out and not so thoughtful, but this was best experience! I highly recommend the Outpatient Surgical Center and their caring, experienced and patient-oriented staff! 5 stars!

I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. He claimed he only had one single date for the following month and that if I didn't accept that date, well, who knows what may come of my cancer and my condition. he made a comment about a procedure that had been done to me by another quack some years previous, claiming that that doctors work was "highly questionable". We've asked him to confirm the statement several times and yet he continues to ignore all our requests. He also doesn't seem to be able to respond or help us understand why, when we asked the hospital to provide us an estimate of that upcoming surgery, why they sent it by mail, knowing I was out of the country wouldn't receive it until just before the surgery, then how they can place an amount double to that on my chart just before the surgery, then how can in the end the surgery cost three times as much as the original estimate??? This doctor and everyone associated with him including the hospital are all about the money, and we were never made to feel they cared about my condition in the least. Do not trust this Dr.

I had a cystoscopy a few years ago and he was very gentle. Always tells you to call ( and he gets back with you!!) if there are issues . The staff, especially Colleen, are great. She is positive, reassuring, and so kind. She makes you feel comfortable and calm. I had a terrible cold and fever when I was in and she got me coffee, and helped me stay warm while I was waiting for results. Thank you and Dr Laub and Colleen!

Dr. Byers is the best of the best! Exceptionally the best internist I have ever had (going on 30…read moreyears now). He is caring, knowledgeable, thinks outside of the box and truly has his patient's individual needs at the core of his care. He is always approachable and has excellent communication skills. However exceedingly busy he is he will always return your call. He has ALWAYS been there for me in time of great heath concerns. Even when I was going through cancer and he wasn't heading up my team through surgeries he made it a point to watch over me, my care and always made me feel safe! I could go on and on about how blessed I am to have Dr. Byers as my doctor... He is VERY special!... especially in a time where health care has become impersonal and rushed. Dr. Stoltzfus was, and continues to be, incredible. He is extremely attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. Even though I'm sure his patient schedule is packed, he never seems rushed or distracted, and he responds to messages through the app with the same attention and care. He's a wonderful doctor.

She made sum special herbs to drink like tea for few weeks and did a acupuncture . Have been doing acupuncture 2x week also at downtown community acupuncture for maintenence.
