    There isn't much to say besides this location look abandoned, majority of the merchandise is locked up I'm sure due to theft. This store pretty much represents the energy in the city of Compton afraid, tried, and time for change. This is absolutely heartbreaking. I wouldn't recommend this location.

    This is by far the most dirty nasty restroom I have seen. Don't understand how it got this bad because they pick and choose who they let it since it's locked. There was supplies either. No toilet paper, no cover seats, and the hand dryer didn't work. There was even flies there where all the old dried toilet paper was.

    Catrina and Jennifer keep the store running smooth and maintaining it clean and organized. They are both always helpful and assisting customers all the time,even through these difficult times.

    Honestly everything can improve ! Service needs a big change , not have to wait for a employee to help get something for like 10 minutes

    Inhalers come as a first come first serve basis. If the doctor ordered it you won't get it on time.

    OK, so this is my preferred pharmacy to pick up medication whenever I need some and one of the…read moreladies told me a while back to download the app and add all my information including credit card payment that way I never have to wait in line that was the best I advice I've ever got from the employee here. I never waited in line. I simply get a text when my refill is ready for pick up. I pull up click on the medication show them the code. They scan it and done your In-N-Out. I highly recommend you download the app if this is the pharmacy you use.

The people working at the pharmacy are the most rude, incompetent, lazy, ignorant employees of all of CVS. Have a mobile order? Think you should go to the mobile order line to pick up your prescription? Well you would be wrong. Everyone in the standard waiting line goes first while you're ignored. Think someone would acknowledge you while you wave your hands to let them know you've been waiting? Nope. The people in the standard line were here first so mobile has to wait. Why would you have a mobile line in the first place?! The scanner can't read your mobile barcode so the only logical thing is to grab the customer's phone out of her hands so you can try to modify the screen settings. It's just overall unprofessional, disorderly, and sad. The Compton community deserves better. Compton deserves friendly efficient techs and pharmacists that can handle the workload of a busy pharmacy and that actually want to work there. It seems that everyone that's employed in the pharmacy look down upon the community they serve and are overall displeased that they work there. I unfortunately have to use CVS to fill prescriptions. So I have to keep frequenting other CVS pharmacies outside of the community I live in to be treated somewhat like a human being. Shame shame shame.

    Meh, Not Worth the Hype Honestly, this place felt way…read moreoverpriced for how run down it was. Trash was piled up, the vibes were off, and the staff definitely wasn't winning any friendliness awards. If you've been to Korean spas in K‑Town, this doesn't even come close. The one saving grace? I stopped here on the way to work around 6:30am on Monday, 4/20/26, to purchase Zyrtec D and some Diet Coke. I paid for all of my items at the pharmacy. The cashier offered a receipt but I declined. I placed my items (3 Diet Cokes, a small container of baby powder, and the box of Zyrtec D) in my reusable shopping bag and exited the store. I was parked close to the entrance. I popped my trunk and was placing the bag in my trunk when an employee exited the store and approached me stating, "You need to come back in." I was confused and I'm sure by the look on my face that was obvious so he said, "You need to pay for those drinks in your bag." I told him I paid at the pharmacy. He then asked for my receipt. I told him I had it on my phone through the app. He then stated, "It's not going to show on there." He contacted the pharmacy employee via walkie talkie and asked if he had rung up a sale. The pharmacy employee stated that he had and told him what I had purchased. I now have the purchase history up on my phone. I showed this employee and he simply said, "Oh." And walked away. No apology or anything. I spend a lot of money at CVS. I am torn between shopping at a different, less convenient location and cancelling my Extra Care membership altogether. I have worked retail for 30 years. Unless you are a loss prevention employee, you should not be following people out of the store. That is a company policy at every retail company I have ever worked for. I find it hard to believe there was a dedicated LP person at this CVS at 6:30 am on a Monday. This person obviously did not check with the pharmacy or review any cameras before approaching me by my car in the parking lot. Please invest in better training for your staff. This person was an African-American male, mid-twenties, 5'8"-5'10", thick accent. I do not have his name but he was the only male I saw in the store at that time aside from the pharmacy tech.
