Extremely friendly service and some unique flavor options with locally roasted beans! The menu changes frequently, keeping fresh and seasonal options. The owners genuinely want to hear your feedback and want you to feel part of this community. I ordered the Breakfast Sando which was a Ham, Cheese, and Egg Croissant along with a Miso Happy (Miso Honey syrup and oak milk). My friend got the Enzo Sando and a hibiscus drink here as well that was delicious. They have cups and a water dispenser for you to help yourself. They have a large, clean, single stall bathroom in the back behind the counter that is also painted vividly. Across from the bathroom they have a bright community table/board where you can find out about other cool places or things to do in Taylor. This drink is perfect for those who like their drinks sweet. I also ordered the Ripple Toast and a blueberry pastry. They said they get their pastries from a local bakery. The ripple toast....... Oh my god. I didn't think yogurt, avocado, and micro greens and strawberries could all taste good together but the chef definitely knows what he's doing. I almost wish I ordered one to go. I tried recreating it at home and it didn't hit the same way. Will definitely be coming back just for that!! From the painted walls, the artwork hanging, and the furniture it all comes together. The coffee and food were great. The avocado toast really stood out to us. My girlfriend normally doesn't like avocado toast but loved this one. I think it was the Greek yogurt that made the difference. This is a new spot in Taylor and everybody should give this place a visit. I visited Ripple and Rose, a new coffee shop in Taylor, TX, and I'm glad I did! It took me a couple of passes to find it since there wasn't a storefront sign I could easily see on my motorcycle, but once I guessed the right spot, I was in for a treat. The coffee shop/café has a cozy and eclectic vibe that reminded me of a Meow Wolf exhibit--fun and a little quirky, which I loved. When it comes to coffee, I'm a very basic b**** and usually stick with a white chocolate mocha. It wasn't on the menu, so I had to explain my go-to order. The barista, Jesse (I think), was super helpful and made me a white chocolate mocha his way, and it turned out great! On a whim, I also ordered a sandwich with a punny name that I can't remember now, but it was delicious. Both the drink and sandwich together were under $15, which I think is a great price for the quality. The atmosphere is really unique--every chair seems to have its own story, and you could probably sit in a different spot each visit and find something new to talk about.
