They replaced both the flywheel and the previously installed starter from Petersen at a much more reasonable cost. I do not typically write negative reviews, but in this case, my husband was overcharged, and the initial request for a comprehensive inspection was not properly fulfilled, resulting in an inaccurate diagnosis.

Two of us arrived at the same time and they were quick to take care of both of us. My car is a 2012 I bought as a demonstrator in early 2013. There shouldn't be much of a problem. Even though it's a diesel-powered car, the rules have changed and the state requires smog testing. In any case, after they finished with the other person's truck, they put my car in the bay and checked it thoroughly. The gentleman we dealt with was short and somewhat flippant when explaining why the smog could not be completed due to an issue with the catalytic converter. A bit more time and willingness to explain the issue clearly would have gone a long way, rather than assuming the customer should already understand technical details. Because the issue was related to emissions, we asked about the type of repair work that might be needed to address the problem and potentially allow the vehicle to pass smog. We were prepared to move forward, but the response felt dismissive, as though our questions or business were not of interest. The price for the smog itself was reasonable, but the lack of clear communication and the overall tone left us with the impression that we were an inconvenience rather than customers looking for help.
