I came in on Monday around 11 am. No appointments are needed. They share a building and parking lot with a mechanic shop, but they still had parking spaces available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The young lady in the front (I am sorry I did not get your name) is incredibly efficient, professional and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were working on a truck when I arrived, but I was still done and on my way in about 10 minutes. I got a smog last Tuesday, there were several cars ahead of me, but the smog guy was going as fast as possible, so my wait was 90 minutes, it would of been quicker except there was a old truck that I think failed and was taking a while. Very friendly customer service. I had brain surgery about little more than a year ago , and I still have issues with my words and get all twisted. The gal was super nice, and after I explained, I had battery issues, and it's a new battery now, and the computer needed time to recalibrate or whatever. Service was on point. The guy took it back after she checked it to see if the computer was good, and was done in like 20 mins. Was super fast. And the value can't be beat. Walked in with no appointment a bit after 5 for a smog check. They were not very busy, so they started the smog check right away. The lobby was clean, and we saw down while we waited for the test to be completed. The test took about 10 minutes, and we were on our way.
