We are so glad to have a wonderful coffee shop right where we live in Ripon. We enjoyed a Cubano and Sicilian latte with a delicious turkey panini and mixed berry scone. The pesto in the panini was delicious and the scone was soft and not too sweet. We can't wait to return again and again. Prices are also very reasonable. read more

What a sweet find in Ripon! This place has a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks and an incredible array of baked goods. I will say, if sweet coffee isn't for you, you may have to survey the menu a little more closely. However, the staff was very helpful to accommodate any requests. I enjoyed an iced macadamia nut latte (non fat milk & half the sweetener) with a raspberry almond scone. Yum! What a great find!! I happened to going to the dentist around the corner and stopped after on my way to work. It was fantastic! The owners were friendly and the team work there were also personal and attentive. I shared that it was my first time there and asked their recommendations. They gave a lot of specials to select from. I selected the Aloha Mocha iced. Delicious!! (Coconut and macadamia nut). It was so great that I brought my son this afternoon. I tried another special Blackberry Lavender White Mocha Frapp. My son selected the cookies and cream Frap and a orange chocolate chip scone. So fresh and now I want more!! Your customer service is spot on and your barista listened and heard me say my name and called be by name and thanked me when I was leaving. You never get customer service like this anymore these days. They get it!!! Yes, their sign mentions they are scheduled to have a few days so I told my mom to come back on Thurs with her sisters to enjoy and get sandwiches for lunch. I can't wait to come back! For years I drove by this coffee shop, so glad I finally went in and can now see why everyone raves about this place! The barista's are incredibly sweet and kind, they somehow remember our names and always greet us with a warm welcome. Well yesterday we had a very sad day at Ripon cafe which is now called Ripon coffee house. We have been long time faithful customers who loved the breakfast options like the wrap and breakfast bowls. But now under new ownership they have decided to take all protein based foods off the menu. No more wraps, no more breakfast bowls, no breakfast sandwiches. Your options are cake, bagels, and overly filled with sugar pastries. Looks like we will be finding a new spot! read more

This corner used to be a Starbucks when I was in high school and it used to always be full. There was a coffee shop that opened up after the Starbucks and I really was not a fan. I recently found out that there was a new ownership for the corner and decided to check it out. All I can say is that this place is amazing. The coffee is so so good; it's actual quality coffee. In addition to that, the food is really good and fresh. I got a sandwich and a cookie and loved both. Next, the whole vibe of the place is so welcoming. It is not very big but it is so cozy. I have not seen such a variety of people enjoying a coffee shop in a long time. The place was full. In addition to that, the staff is so so so nice. You can tell that they are happy to be there, it really enhances the whole experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

I have visited Ripon Coffee House several times now, and can say that I am very impressed with Hus, Nini and the crew. This is a COFFEE House, not a breakfast joint - Ripon has enough of those. This lovely coffee house has an expanded coffee menu, and has knocked back the food menu to the best-of-the-best in breakfast, lunch and treat items. If you need a protein-based meal, they have quiche. If you want carbs, they have bakery items. If you want a bagel sandwich or salad, they have you covered! The crew is many of the familiar faces we came to know and love at Ripon Cafe. Lori chose a great group of young ladies, and Hus and Nini were smart enough to keep them! You will recognize many of their sweet, smiling faces. Never fear, Rikki, Acelyn, Bailey, Abby and more will be there to greet you. Hus really knows and understands coffee and speaks knowledgeably about how it should be made. The espresso is nutty and rich, but not too sweet, and not at all bitter. I'll try the brewed coffee someday, but for now I'm working my way through the exceptional espresso drink menu. It'll be awhile - there are many, many great options!
