Not sure why I waited so many years to write a review but here it is : their selection is great and love how clean and organized it is. You know exactly where everything is and the staff here make your visit a good one from arriving and getting you checked out. Even when there is a line the gentleman is very quick and efficient to see what you have tally it up and then you go pay and packs you stuff up and then you are on your way out. Their selection of flowers, fruit trees, succulents and roses and just everything for your garden or in home plants are all here. A few years back we got some fruit tree's and they are still thriving and that makes me so happy so the quality is great and amazing prices and way better than Home Depot in my opinion. Where you pay they have everything you could possibly need to start a garden, nutrients, fertilizer, food for your plants, trellis, pots and even more. They even have quality seeds as well. It's very important to get plants that have been grown locally to ensure they'll thrive at your home - a lot of nurseries grow outside of LA and then sell here because it's cheaper but those plants are higher likelihood of going into shock and not thriving.

There are about 17 greenhouses to walk through and one of them has a rare plant section that you have to request to see. The items in there are super rare and of course or more expensive. The employees there are super helpful and answered all my questions. They offer easy payment through Zelle. Plan to spend at least an hour walking around. This nursery is located off the 91 freeway and Lakewood. It's underneath some power towers. There's a few parking spaces inside and some street parking. There's a few very cool wall murals. Everything seems neatly organized. There's a small variety of pots, a shed full of bags of small decorative rocks, a price list, and then the succulents are nicely arranged and categorized. There's a table full of collectors succulents and cacti, cacti, succulents starting with small 2 inch pots, and it works it's way up to 8 inch pots. There's a lovely variety of succulent plants and their prices are clearly listed. If any succulent has a different price, it's shown so there's no surprises. The plants look super healthy and well taken care of. The staff there are very friendly! Great nursery to shop at.

My local recommended nursery mentioned at the bottom. - CASH ONLY (at the time of this review) - I only asked about two plants, one was a small (4-5" diameter pot) leafy plant ($17) and the other was a leafy medium (8-10") sized plant ($47). - I was on the hunt for indoor leafy plants :,) and this store had a lot of flowers, I just walked to the back where there were maybe 6 3-tier racks I was interested in. Though I will admit the condition of the plants were better! - parking may be hard to acquire on weekends but I knew I was going to be in and out fast so parked directly in front of the gates where the ramp was. - there was a teenager boy that was trying to be helpful and (I assume his parent) a man. The boy was relaying all the questions we would ask him and the man didn't seem happy about it. 3*s because I felt prices could be cheaper, there wasn't as much selection for what I was looking for, and cash only :,) There is a nursery down the street called Avalon Nursery? Which really set the standard for me in terms of nurseries. They're cheaper, friendlier, had larger selections, and took Venmo/credit card.
