Rosales Nursery came highly recommended by our friend and fellow dog- and plant parent! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety available - for instance, the tradescantia nanouk is bushy and full - and how reasonable the prices are! Since I went during the holidays, I picked up a ministar red poinsettia for $5 and a very sweet starter planter in the shape of a zebra for just $2. Be sure to follow them on Instagram to see their weekly shipments and/or reserve the plants you want. Nestled into a residential area, you can pull in to park (word to those with low clearance vehicles, it's gravel). They are closed on Sundays, but open for business every other day! read more

My go to spot for plants :) Street parking available or you can pull into their gravel driveway and park inside . This place is huge and has a wide selection of plants. I usually stay towards the section near parking since I find what I need there lol . Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have good prices also. Loving my string of hearts , now let's see if I can keep it alive ( I don't really have a green thumb) read more

What says self-care more than buying a new plant or two (or five!)? If you want a few new plantitas to brighten up the mood in your space, look no further! Rosales Nursery is located just a short walk down the dirt road past the Mezcala Nursery. I love the beautiful plant selections from this nursery! Not only do they have gorgeous, healthy plants, but they also offer unique pots, which I couldn't resist buying during my last visit. I bought 6 plants and 2 pots for less than $60. If I had purchased this from somewhere like Lowe's or Home Depot, it definitely would've been double the cost. The prices are fair and the staff there is very sweet. Will be back again :) P.s. make sure Zelle on your phone works for easy payment read more

I have been coming to this nursery for YEARS! They are a small family owned business. They occasionally get rare plants, and have the best prices I've seen thus far! Their plants are always so healthy and lush. They have a small assortment of pots and soil for purchase too. It's normally the daughter who's always working, and the family is just the sweetest. They have a ton of parking space too. They accept cash, card payments, and Zelle. I have recommended so many friends and family here, and will continue supporting them! I can't say enough great things about this nursery, my favorite! read more

Perhaps one of my favorite nurseries. It's small but packs a punch. They have a great variety of common and uncommon houseplants and succulents. Every now and then they'll have a rare one. Follow them on IG since they post their restocks on their stories. They are also very good with replying back if you want to reserve a plant or ask if they carry a plant you want. They have the best prices all around. The plants are healthy and beautiful. Even their pots are very well priced. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is huge. There's tons of plants to see. I thought the indoor plants were kinda pricey when I went, but prices change all the time. I will come again when I'm in the area and check again. There were a bunch of young men sitting in front of the ''special variegated'' cactus and high end plants. They were just joking around and talking about social media. One guy, I think he worked there, told me one tent was only for high end and rare plants. That took away from the experience. It made me feel like, okay, so can I go inside and look? The women I met and talked to at Mezcala, on the other hand, were very nice. read more

This is one of two nurseries operating in the same stretch of Edison owned property -there are towering power transformers. I don't think that's a health risk but some people might! The place showcases mostly indoor plants and succulents. First day of checking out what they had available for outdoor landscaping bunt not as many here. Will update if I find anything on second look. read more

Total hidden gem of a nursery in north LB that's def worth your time to visit. Follow their IG for a glimpse of their weekly restocks, which I believe happen 1-2X a week. Super fair prices on the vast plant selection offered here in their several greenhouses. Occasionally they have hard to find plants here and of course typically has the common houseplants in stock. Stop by if you have the chance-- you won't leave empty handed! read more

Rosales Nursery is my Forever Happy Place! It's not too far of a drive from my home in Norwalk, so happiness is literally two freeways and three stop signs away! I'm part of a "Plant Titas" group of friends where we discuss our love and loathes of the plant world. We talk about plants that thrive in our homes and plants that love to un-alive themselves the moment they are in our homes. We've all visited Rosales Nursery on separate occasions. I can't imagine what it'd be like if we ALL were to meet at Rosales, lol! There'd be wagons of plants leaving, and we'd all hype each other up to buy this plant and that plant! I follow Rosales Nursery on Instagram, and I've messaged them about plant concerns and plant holds and what not. They're so awesome! They answer all my concerns, and they've given really good recommendations on plants that would thrive in my environment. They feature plants in their Stories, and if there is a plant that you're looking to take care of, you can hold it until you're able to stop by. Holds aren't forever, tho, so go when you say you're gonna go! Please and Thank You! Prices are one of the other great reasons to love Rosales Nursery! They can't be beat! They accept cash payment and Zelle payments only, btw. I have Rosales plants all over the inside and outside of my home. I told my next door neighbor about Rosales, as she's looking to re-Zen up her home. I'm hoping they all touched bases and were able to help each other out. Rosales Nursery overview? *Great local business *Best prices *Awesome selection *Pleasant customer service There is SO MUCH to love about this place! On a different note: One of their kitties, Chula, was taken away from the business some months ago. Chula is still greatly missed, and they still hold out hope that Chula will return, or be returned. They have more info on their socials, and at the nursery itself. That was a very cruel move on the persons who took Chula away. If anyone knows anything about Chula's disappearance, I'm sure Rosales Nursery will be more than grateful for your help and concern! read more

THIS PLACE IS MY GO TO NURSERY FOR EVERYTHING!!! Let me start by saying that I have been to plant stores and nurseries all over Southern CA. No other place has the selection that this place has and no other place can beat these prices. Period! I can buy pots and we'll as a dozen different plants to make artistic arrangements for a fraction of the price that you would pay for just a pot at a regular store. Great place to make excellent arrangements to give as gifts. I saw a plant arrangement in a pot at a nursery for a few hundred dollars. I came here and made the same arrangement for my mom for $30. Score! During the holidays they have beautiful arrangements that they sell as well. I bought a huge pot here full of poinsettias and other flowers for... $10 each!!! Home Depot was selling something similar for $50 each. I decided to just call it a day and buy this place's arrangements to give as XMas gifts for my friends and family. Everyone was so happy. Another thing I want to me tonight is that this is a family owned business. I think its important to support places like this. Everyone is so nice and they have a cat named Princess. I always make sure to stop by and say hi to her everytime I go. I'm telling you this place is amazing. I come here at least once a month. No point going anywhere else. I promise you won't be disappointed. Enjoy! read more

Found this place on IG and decided to check it out. It was my first time at a nursery and it was pretty cool. All the plants were well taken care of and they have a great selection of indoor plants. Don't think I'll ever purchase from shops again because they charge double the price. The workers here are really nice too! Note: if you use a card, there is an extra fee so I suggest bringing cash. read more

Rosales Nursery is my partner's and I favorite place! We are plant collectors and frequent here a couple of times a month. We were recommended this nursery through Patadendron on YouTube, and since discovering this place we can't stop going. The selection varies from landscaping plants, succulents, and cacti, but in my opinion the indoor plant section is where it's at. Their collection is beautiful, the plants are healthy, it's all well organized and labeled, too, which is hard to find at local nurseries sometimes. The prices are so unbelievably good. It makes it hard not to leave with a couple of new plants every time. We have even lucked out a few times and gotten some rare/high-value plants at an amazing price! read more

This family business is definitely a hidden gem. It's literally located by an elementary school. I love that they have lots of plants to choose from big or small. They got your succulents, pothos, monsteras, evergreens, caltheas .. and the list goes on. They have a nice selection of plants that can vary from time to time. I think their pricing is definitely inexpensive compared to commericalized businesses like Lowes and Home Depot. The people here are warm and friendly. So don't hesistate to check this place out! read more

Rosales Nursery is by far my favorite nursery! Every time I visit here, I would find affordable and healthy plants. My whole plant collection at home are all plants I adopted here! It's family owned! The staff is always so helpful with answering my questions on how to keep certain plants alive! They have an Instagram (rosales_gardening) that they update daily with what stock they have for that day! If you want a particular plant on hold, DM them and they will hold that plant for you for the day! How awesome is that! They have a lot of modern pots for sale as well at a reasonable price! They have these friendly neighborhood cats that just lounge around the plants. Definitely living the life! Great nursery with LOTS of variety from outdoor to indoor plants! With reasonable prices

Amazing selection! You will not find cheaper prices for houseplants in the area. I first found out about this nursery when I bought a plant from Mr. Rosales at the swap meet. They carry a wide selection. I've been to so many nurseries in the area and this is the one I keep coming back to! Every now and then they will have a harder to find houseplant. I bought an alocasia stingray here, a plant I still haven't found at another nursery. If you're into cacti and succulents, there's a lot of options too. Don't overlook the potted cacti section as there are real finds there! read more
