I could tell that my daughter truly loved her new hairstyle based on the smiles she had while seated in the styling chair. Madeline did not rush the haircut. I could tell she was very attentive to her craft. While we were at the salon, there was a toddler having a haircut with another stylist, and I witnessed both of them being very kind and understanding of her needs. Madeline is very friendly and has years of experience cutting and styling hair. She is also very warm and has a kind personality. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anybody. My hair took longer than management expected and even when they asked her multiple times if she would be done so she could take another client she didn't start rushing to finish my hair which I appreciate. It's horrible feeling when you try to get a service and they rush you out just to get another client done. I will suggest that maybe there be an option for clients to choose a longer appointment time especially for those of us who have longer and thicker hair. I had a corrective cut and color gone wrong, felt completely defeated, and then....because life has impeccable timing...I landed a dream job interview for the very next day!!! In a panic, I sent out a Yelp service request, and it connected me with Jody, who might as well be a literal angel....call it divine timing I guess?! She opened the salon door calm, collected, and completely confident while I walked in feeling embarrassed, defeated, and convinced my hair was beyond saving. Not only did she squeeze me in at the last minute, she willingly took on a corrective cut and corrective color that many stylists wouldn't touch!!! especially with zero notice! She never made me feel like it was impossible or I was a problem. She just got to work. Less than three hours later, mind you....never has my hair taken less than 3hrs for a normal color and cut, & somehow this woman literally transformed it!
