That has been my experience each and every time and I chalk it up to poor scheduling. That said, they're doing other things right. The associates are nice! They keep all the items well merchandised, including beauty and cosmetics; even their supplements, which I have found to be scarce at other stores. They have a good section of "As Seen on TV," as well as holiday gifts, greeting & gift cards, sundries & souvenirs. Located on Pine Island and Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac, they have three access points to their private parking lot and it's well lit at night. Will I return--yes I will!

Communication is key and not replying back to customers is not the way to run a business.
