I finally connected one day and spoke directly to Cindy, who had a consultation with me at that time without an appointment. I made an appointment for the next day, and spent the morning there getting highlights and a layered cut. She did a fabulous job, and was kind and patient throughout the visit. I love my layers (usually stylists are frightened to give me the exaggerated layers I ask for because I have very fine hair). Her pricing was very reasonable. You should definitely check out this salon!

Renita is amazing and enabled me to achieve my hair dreams in the comfort and safety of my home…read more Highly recommend, and have had her back! We all have had our own fun/crazy COVID self-haircare stories or know friends that turned stylist overnight (or thought they did) ... And I will admit, I was one of these at-home DIY hair. I will also admit it was a disaster. Color and cut seemed like a good plan at the time and of course was very inexpensive, however the result left me wearing scarfs on my head for weeks until I finally accepted I needed a professional. How I got to the moment of despair to even believe I could do my own hair,?? Being home with kids- you may find yourself this predicament. You cannot take them with you, you don't really want to hire a babysitter to watch them so you can go get your hair done- it's all very disconcerting out there. This could really be a reality even without COVID... So I looked on Yelp to find someone who could help me, and I thankfully found Renita. Renita came prepared with options for hair colors (to correct mine!) as well as to consult on the extensions. Renita fixed the color and gave me an incredible haircut. Not only is she great at what she does, she's also an amazing person. Renita has a shining personality, and never made me feel as though I was a stranger. We immediately connected, and I am looking forward to many fabulous hair days thanks to Renita!!

I spoke with Sade, who was able to fit me in between some of Paula's appointments on short notice. Paula was able to turn what I'll call a "can I speak to your manager" bob into an edgy Lauren Conrad-esque cut. As an out-of-towner I was very skeptical of getting my cut fixed just anywhere, but in a time crunch I faithfully put my locks in the hands of the Yelp gods and they did not betray me. Would 100% recommend.

I requested to match my LIGHT brown hair color with existing gold highlights. I specifically warned…read moreand asked about not making the color a dark brown color since my hair takes color quickly. After getting the exact opposite and finding uncolored grays left underneath to boot, I contacted the owner who at first didn't respond at all. Then when I contacted a second time said that the attached color is light brown/dark blonde and that this is what I asked for. She also claims to be chemist in the medical field and says that the attached is LIGHT brown/dark blonde and that I'm imagining that it's not darkest brown of all possibly a level 4 or 5. I guess the customer is always wrong at "Blondie's" and I guess I don't know what light brown/dark blonde is despite 20+ years of coloring my hair at other salons. She ruined my hair color and gave no recourse so now I have to pay over $300 for color correction at a reputable salon. Hope this helps whomever is considering.
