Rinkside Cafe pizza is delicious.
Forrest B.

Pizzas are made fresh, cooked within five minutes and some of the best locally. Rinkside Cafe has a good selection of beers on tap. Val, the cook makes a personal experience and informative when ordering. Food, snacks and drinks can be taken to rinkside. The facility is impressive and has two rinks with one a NHL rink. Thanks Val for a well manage cafe serving patrons of Ice in Paradise.

Holy moly this place rocks! I had zero to low expectations of a cafe at an ice rink, but these guys know what they're doing. Tons of great beers, the hot chocolate had whipped cream on top, handmade pizza, the list goes in. The decor was fresh, tons of board games and chalkboards for kids. This place doesn't have to be this good, but they take a ton of pride in there work. I would definitely come back here even if we weren't skating.

Great beer on tap selection for a small cafe

Nice little warm cafe that is now open inside the Ice In Paradise. Great for a quick pick me up when ice skating or to hang out when waiting for granddaughters lessons to finish. Owners were welcoming and friendly it was a wonderful visit. Great selection of beer and wine. Granddaughter had a baked pretzel, delicious. Many more items on menu, we will have to try. So glad they added this cafe to the Ice Rink. And they also serve breakfast.

Came to SB to visit our daughter and saw that Rinkside Cafe had a trivia night. We arrived a bit late but we're welcomed in by Val and he gave us a quick rundown of how it worked. We sat outside and watched as food kept coming from the kitchen that looked epic. Having eaten earlier, we did not partake in any food but the beer and wine selection was great and well priced. After trivia, there was an amazing hockey game going on and we went upstairs to watch for about an hour. Fast forward to the next night...we decided to get a pizza and a salad. Not only did Val recognize and welcome us back, he made us the most amazing dinner we had in SB. We again watched another hockey game, had an unreal salad, an amazing pizza and a great bottle of wine. As we left, I thanked Val for two great nights as his passion and execution of the food was expert; I was convinced he was the owner of the cafe. As it I turns out, he does not own it, but he should. This is our new place for dinner when visiting Santa Barbara. Thanks Rinkside Cafe. Nicely done for sure.

A MJ brew makes and ice skating school viewing go well together!

MJs is fantastic cafe addition to the ice rink facility. They have a nice selection of draft beer with many local brews. The pretzel is a great quick grab snack and the pizzas are great. The pizza is available for birthday parties in the rink party room as well. The staff are always pleasant and service is pretty quick. It is a great option if coming to skate or just grab a cold drink and food in a 'cool' place!

It's a great location in the shopping center and plenty of parking out front. The decor and ambiance is a nice open floor plan with that brewery touch. It was very clean and nice and warm inside on the cold fall night. We got the cheesesteak appetizer which was DELICIOUS and coconut shrimp. The group ordered tacos, wings and some different burgers. I got the Norwegian salmon sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. I like the bread they use and the tomatoes have some tasty seasoning on them. There wasn't a lot of arugula but a perfect amount of sauce as to not overwhelm the salmon. It wasn't a super packed or fancy sandwich but very good. The sweet potato fries were on the thin side but good and a nice amount. The potato chips that come standard with the meal are DELICIOUS! We got some churros to go. They didn't seem very fresh, but good none the less, but probably not worth the order over the brownie Sunday which looked much better and fresh! Overall I really like this menu. It's diverse and there are multiple things I wanted to order.

We had great service from a blonde young woman named Kira, and our hostess was also super nice. Seems like all of the employees here are always working hard to clear the tables for the next party! Also, they greet you as you walk in and say goodbye as you leave. I notice the employees give that great service to all customers that come in. The buffalo cauliflower appetizer was to die for. I prefer this location to the downtown one.

Great service, met the owner, nice guy, well curated beers on tap (I think they generally have 16 on tap) ranging from a few from overseas if you are in to Belgians or what have you and then a well chosen selection of great beers from all over - maybe a bit California heavy but there is a helluva lot of great beer in California. I hate going in to a so-called taproom and I can't find anything I have never had on tap. Why go to a place with a bunch of variety of there is nothing new? Typical corporate or beer-illiterate taproom: "Well we have this great IPA from Lagunitas, its their IPA have you heard of Lagunitas? What about Sam Adams? Oh and we have Guinness if you are into *throws finger quotes* dark beers. Oh we also have Sierra Nevada Pale I think it comes all the way from NorCal!" Ugh. Again - great rotating selection here...and a bonus couple of coolers where you can score some cans and bottles to go of some more great craft beer. Ambiance is local bar/brewery, they have food some nights (had a great smashburger from Goodland Grillers tonight) and trivia on Thursdays. There I included the word ambiance are you happy Yelp? Cheers.
