In just a matter of 2 weeks, Kaitlin worked her magic and organized a phenomenal 8 days in Ireland complete with Chauffeur service to and from LAX. Our requests and questions, looking back, were probably not the easiest to answer, but Kaitlin was AMAZING at researching and answering each question in what seemed like SUPER SPEED! For example, our trip consisted of spreading my friend's Mother's ashes, Kaitlin researched and gave us absolutely ALL the information we needed to legally transport the ashes and spread them in Ireland. We had a Private Chauffeured Tour while in Ireland, our Chauffeur Andy was such a perfect match for us, you would have thought Kaitlin had called and requested him specifically for us, which we surely wouldn't have doubted considering her amazing personalized service she gave us while planning AND while we were in Ireland. Kaitlin kept in touch with us well right up to departure, checked us in for our flights, gave us imperative travel tips that only someone with her travel experience could offer. While we were in Ireland, she absolutely kept checking in with us which was beyond appreciated. I have to say, Kaitlin went above and beyond with her service to us, right down to telling me, "Call me for ANYTHING no matter what time it is, I will be here for you." I could go on praising Kaitlin and the entire Laura's Travel Services for an outstanding job dealing with us, our trip went over perfectly with no complaints or hiccups. I suppose I should end by at least mentioning our accommodations in Ireland were all 5 star and breathtaking. Our tours were customized according to what was most important to my friend and her ability. We even did a cruise below the Cliffs Of Moher which was Genius of Kaitlin and we later found from others that not everyone gets to go on. This is such a magical place and brings me much peace. It is beautiful, peaceful and from the tall sequoias to the tropical rainforest like trees, wild birds flying and chirping through them, sound of the woodpeckers and the fog rolling over the lake, it feels like a fairy tale. My pets love hiking here as well. Both entrance and parking at the Conservancy are free. It is very family and pet friendly with a petting zoo and food stands toward the other side as you drive in. There are also areas with picnic tables near the trails. The trails are very scenic and fairly easy with a portion that is somewhat steep which I would consider slightly moderate but not difficult. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this hidden gem.

It was SO much more, full of Tony's impassioned stories from different cultures about the stars . His enthusiasm is contagious and knowledge is impressive. The tour is totally unscripted yet packed with great stories and just the right amount of interaction. It is a great and inspiring story how the business was developed. They offer drinks and snacks as well as blankets and gravity chairs, with flameless candles lighting where to step. The two other highlights for us were the UFO military grade goggles that make the stars and planets pop as they did for our ancestors, prior to light pollution. The equipment is clearly state of the art. The slow exposure portrait Tony takes at the end is absolutely beautiful and frameable. Even paper ski masks to help keep out the dust! That was a very nice and unexpected touch. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews about getting the waivers done. But it's not hard. I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!

The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

The trip was well organized and excellent. I had private guides and a driver. As a solo female traveler, I was never uncomfortable. I was toured through sites by professional history-trained guides with impeccable English. I saw and learned more than I could have imagined. Hotels, transportation and sites were all set for me so all I needed to do was enjoy my travels. All details were taken care of and there was a safety net to contact if any problems were to occur. My return flight time changed and the tour group switched my transfer to accommodate the change. I can not have organized the tour on my own.
