I work with many tourists who ask me about great activities and this is the top on my list. Donnie and Kathy (the tour guides) are so much fun- taking us through the history of Palm Springs, while pointing out the newer details about the area. History, culture, art, food, what more can we ask for? They kept us hydrated and filled with beverages, water, food and even a nifty gift bag. This tour is small and intimate, with only 6 guests, so everyone has a chance to ask questions and absorb! The tour includes several stops featuring cocktails, mocktails and food while you enjoy the experience. Some of our stops included several popular and my personal choices, Eight Four Nine and Crudo. The only dilemma was which one of my dogs! So I decided to do my Dad's dog for a Christmas gift. So all the instructions to pay online and how to submit a photo or two of the dog you wish to paint were easy to follow. Natalie would then have a sketch of you dog on canvas ready for you to paint. I arrived at the venue on time and everything was all set up and ready to go... apron, easel, paints, bushes, my canvas, and nice music playing in the background. Natalie was great at guiding me and the others thru painting the different aspects of our dogs... background, highlighting, fur stokes, eyes. Natalie has a true gift not only in art but in teaching as well. All of the students dog portraits came out GREAT!! On the day of the event, we were not properly informed that they were unable to provide the bus we had actually reserved. Instead, they showed up with an old, dirty bus that had ants inside and was completely unacceptable for transporting children on such an important day. What made the situation even worse was the timing. They arrived right when we needed to leave for the church, essentially putting us in a position where they seemed to expect us to simply accept the replacement and move forward because we had no time to find another option. I immediately contacted the company to address the issue, but unfortunately, they offered no reasonable solution. I was left with no choice but to cancel the service on the spot and scramble to figure out transportation at the last minute. For an event as important as a Quinceañera, communication, cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, this company failed on all four.

In just a matter of 2 weeks, Kaitlin worked her magic and organized a phenomenal 8 days in Ireland complete with Chauffeur service to and from LAX. Our requests and questions, looking back, were probably not the easiest to answer, but Kaitlin was AMAZING at researching and answering each question in what seemed like SUPER SPEED! For example, our trip consisted of spreading my friend's Mother's ashes, Kaitlin researched and gave us absolutely ALL the information we needed to legally transport the ashes and spread them in Ireland.
