She was incredibly kind and helpful. She acknowledged my concerns, validated how I felt about the experience, and assured me that improved staff training would take place so that these kinds of interactions are eliminated in the future. Brianna restored my faith in Duffy rentals, but I still would not go back if Shirley is the face of the company at the boat dock. I was disappointed with how she handled a conflict during our experience. Rather than remaining calm, listening to the concern, and working toward a reasonable solution, the interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and poorly managed. I understand that difficult situations can arise in any customer-facing business, but employees--particularly those placed in positions where they are expected to resolve problems--should have the training and professionalism to de-escalate conflict rather than contribute to it. My concern isn't that there was a disagreement; disagreements happen. It was the way the situation was handled. Better communication, maturity, and conflict-resolution training would have made a significant difference in our experience. But, again... thank you to Brianna for taking my call on a weekend.

I had some questions about booking time and our service dog and he personally called me, recommended the perfect start time and said he would love our dog to join us, he gets hospitality and customer service. We arrived at the starting point and were greeted by our host, Jeffrey. He is one of the nicest guys you can ever meet. He loaded us all in the luxury Mercedes van, stocked with waters/treats, and off we went. The tour is 5 hours, with a lunch stop at the famous Farmers Market. Time flies though! You'll go through the Hills for breathtaking views, visit Hollywood sign, get the tourist Hollywood experience (Chinese Theatre/Dolby Theatre/Walk of Fame), see movie studios, celebrity past/present homes, Rodeo Drive, and much more. The entire tour our guide, Jeff told us facts and stories about the different areas we visited. His knowledge and stories were worth the price of admission. This was the ultimate LA in a day tour. They couldn't believe how fun it was, and how much we learned about the city we have lived in for many years! Al does an excellent job telling fun facts about the history of Orange, (and even sells a book about the City of Orange which we have a copy of). While doing this during the Christmas season added the lights to the Wine Trolley tour, this is a fun event all year round. My friends are hoping we make this a yearly event and, another friend said she is planning to do this for her employees next year for their Christmas party. The Wine and food presentation and flavors are amazing! Al and his crew know how to entertain while you enjoy a ride through the City of Orange! I had no idea the city of Orange had a trolley wine tour and I am so glad my friend booked this fun…read moreevent!($50 per person) I did not know what to expect. All I knew is that there was going to be food and wine for duration of an hour and a half and so I was super excited about that! Once our group of girls got seated in the trolley our host for the night explained what our tour was going to entail. We were going to visit ten local restaurants around old town Orange and enjoy different kinds of wines along the way. We each got our wine sippy cup and we were off! As we drove around Old town Orange I really enjoyed learning about the history of the city as well as learning about some of the historic sites. I actually live in Orange and I never knew that the center park was actually called the Plaza and not the circle. When we were ready to stop at the first place I was actually surprised that we didn't have to hop off but actually the restaurants brought the food to us in the Trolley! Each place gave us a small introduction of their food and business and gave us some small bites of some of their popular dishes. By the end of the tour I was pretty stuffed. Simply a splendid way to tour the Temecula wine country! My friend had a Groupon but missed pulling the trigger on an online reservation. Luckily she called the company and they were kind enough to get us scheduled in for that same day. My friend and I appreciated being given a choice as to which to focus on - wine or wine country. Our vote was a little more country.  The tour took us through grapevines where we sampled grapes at different stages of ripening.  We sipped some great wine and had a delicious Neapolitan pizza from Pizza Bina at Chapin Family Vineyards. Our guide Bryan was truly a professional - engaging, thoughtful, enthusiastic and a wealth of knowledge about not only the wineries but the history of the region.  He even took pro photos of our excellent adventure!

She lived in Laguna with her husband for a year, so she knew both local tips and the history of Laguna. Our entire group enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about the Laguna Beach history, even though most of us had lived in the area for several years! I really enjoyed the variety of the tour. Kathy knows a lot of stories about the Laguna Beach Hot spots and it was really fun to learn different parts of Laguna Beach History to try and understand the local culture a little bit better. The tour topics include Architecture, Native American History, Local History with Shops, Art, and much more! We definitely saw several places that we will explore in more depth on our own during our next Laguna Day Trip!
