We sat at the Chef's Counter and absolutely enjoyed the experience. The portions were excellent and we were most impressed at how the chefs combined the flavors and textures. Stunned is a better word. There were many pleasant surprises and all servings were explained by those who prepared them.
Two recommendations I make for an even greater experience are to provide chairs with a backrest (instead of padded bar stools), and a higher footrest for those who are not as tall as others (my mum's legs, and my sister's, grew tired of uncomfortably angling downward); and to sharpen the knives used by patrons.
